Terrible clinic, especially Oncology. Cira Qortua does not deserve to have a doctors license.

Don’t waste your time here, you’re better off going to another clinic. Doctors here are competent, but my god, the service is so unbearably awful. You have an appointment at 2 PM? Well make sure you allocate at least 3 hours of your time for the visit. Your doctor might be on surgery and no one will call you to reschedule. Then good luck finding out when the surgery ends to figure out whether or not you should wait for the doctor, because no one knows, and the registration desk can’t help you either. That’s already bad enough, but then they might tell you that the doctor will finish it in 20-30 mins. All right, just wait for an hour and maybe those 30 mins will finally pass in their twisted time dimension. Maybe not.

Probably they have a good medical team. But reception team needs a lot improvement. Attitude is rude, unwelcoming and hypocritical. We decided not to go with services of the clinic only because of it.

An ok clinic. Keep in mind oncology department is very bad, especially I warn you do not visit to Tsira Qortua if you don’t want to end up dead. She’s the worst, communication and the fast timing is crucial in oncology yet she's a terrible communicator and on top of that very irresponsible too

This is the clinic for you if you want to come at the appointed time and then wait another two hours for an X-ray appointment - and only after two visits to the information desk and asking to speed up the process, you will be called in for the procedure. So if you don't mind wasting your time and nerves, you're welcome here But also, in this clinic works a wonderful traumatologist, Alena Khabibullina, I highly recommend her! She is amazing doctor!
