A terrible clinic with terrible customer service. Be prepared to spend 40 minutes in line before you can see the doctor at the scheduled appointment time. The doctor didn't ask me what my complaints were, examined me, and prescribed treatment that had nothing to do with my symptoms. Also, be prepared for additional services to be imposed on you that will increase the previously announced cost by 1.5/2 times.

One of the worst places! I went there at 4 AM with a sharp ear pain — there was no one at the reception, and the security guard was asleep. I woke him up and asked to call someone. After a long delay, they finally came, moving slowly and carelessly. They charged me 130 GEL for the visit — fine, I thought, I’ll just pay. Two girls took me to the doctor, laughing and chatting about something on the way, while I was barely standing from pain — they clearly didn’t care. The doctor looked into my ear for about five minutes and said only one ear was inflamed, even though I told him both hurt. He said the other one was fine — but the next day, that ear also got inflamed 🤡. He prescribed some medicine but didn’t give me the official Form-100, saying the system was frozen and I’d have to wait three days. Fine again, I thought. On Monday, I texted the reception asking them to send me the Form-100 — they sent it without the medication list. I called at 5:50 PM, and they said they had already left 🤡. The next day, they sent a corrected form — with completely different medicines written on it. I’m never going back there again. Horrible clinic — they made me suffer and treated me with zero respect. I might sue them!

I waited for my appointment for 20 days.However, my meeting with the doctor lasted no more than two minutes, without any questions, advice, or prescriptions.
