We arrived from Batumi to Tbilisi to get tested, we were on the road for 10 hours. We got there, we begged everyone to send us a bill, they sent it to us. They couldn’t find anything in Batumi and we called Tbilisi twice to find out what medicine my mother should take. My mother speaks Russian, which probably irritated the operator, she spoke rudely and finally hung up. She didn’t say hello or goodbye, she just rudely said “Don’t call here again, I told you” 😡 Tactless incompetent staff work on the hotline, it’s terrible! It’s a shame that I don’t have enough time to go there and talk to this lady in person!!!!😡

Information given gets 5 stars and most countries don't even offer such valuable insight into health, BUT, staff seems quite miserable, so the service gets about 2 stars. The doctor who gave results read it out really fast and when I tried to ask question she immediately seemed annoyed! She also raised her voice condescendingly as if I should not be asking questions and I should simply give diagnosis to personal doctor who will "know what to do" . Rest of staff also seem like they don't want to be there and there's very little direction. Still a valuable place, if you can be patient with the staff.

Very tactless staff answers the phone!! Once we had two family members submit the results, the answers were supposed to come to our email. They sent one, but not the other, they didn't send it until I called. I submitted the analysis the second time and called the day of the results, I said I'd remind them, did they forget to send it again, but the operator answered me like this... why are you saying that if it's today, then you have to come, or they'll send it to you by email!! So you can't call on the phone, I asked and no!!! Are you kidding??? It's the 21st century🤦🤦 There are so many laboratories now, I won't contact this laboratory at all. I will add after a year.... We had my mother's blood bacteriology done there twice, both times we got a clean result and not a single bacteria was found... She had a fever of 37.4 -38... In the end, we decided to take her to another country and unfortunately we couldn't save her!(((( Sepsis occurred against the background of staphylococcus 😞😞😞 Now you have determined what kind of laboratory this is, in particular, and besides these, we were in 3 other laboratories, to no avail(((( They couldn't make a diagnosis here and that's how they practically killed her💔
