I’ve been in radiology with very routine procedure, MRI. The MRI itself went well, and then terrible experience started. I’ve been calling the hospital multiple times to send MRI images to me, they did not send it reassuring that they did. Then I just came to the hospital demanding my MRI, and they told me that everything already sent. Turns out, they sent it to the wrong email, which is, by the way, breach of patients confidentiality. After third attempt to get my images, they sent it to the right email. Then, the same stuff happened with the radiology report. Calls didn’t work, I came to the hospital, fourth time in couple of days. They sent it in 1 minute, and it was in Georgian. I initially said that my neurosurgeon is English-speaking, I need everything in English. When I brought it up why the report in Georgian, they said that they are “Georgian hospital”. So, might be they should rename themselves from “American Hospital” to Georgian hospital for people who wants medical services to be done in the sufficient international level. Not to fool anyone just in case that people think they have good medical services, they don’t. Finally, my MRI shows urgent abnormalities, and they were not speeding any steps to inform me. If I wasn’t persistent enough, they were not going to figure out how to use right email to send me results 100%. Don’t go there

If you need your appointment to be on time - choose another place. Also overpriced for no reason at all.

NEVER visit this place. I have fell from the stairs and because no other hospital was available for that day; i unfortunately had to come here. 0 help literally 0, even tough i was in extreme pain and had an appointment they made us wait for 50 minutes. no one told us anything about anything during the whole procces .They put me on a wheelchair then parked me to some random room where no one was around for 15 - 20 mins without telling me anything. Then somehow doctor visited me for 5 seconds and again i’ve been took to some place they told us to wait. And we paid x3 price for this horrible experience. After my visit i wanted to take my x-rays to show my doctor too. They told me it’s not possible to send via mail but they will call me; no ome called me i called the next day to check. The operator told me i need to personally visit the hospital to collect it. I went to the hospital right after that call THE HOSPITAL WAS CLOSED. I called again she told me upsy yes today we are closed. So i traveled with a cast and 2 crotches and got nothing. NEVER NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE IT’S HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE

Got appointment in an hour, got a message with confirmation, rushed to the clinic to make it on time. Only to be told that the doctor won’t be at the clinic for the next 2 days. Time wasted, money on taxi wasted. We know that service here is bad in general but this is beyond everything.

The worst clinic ever I did MRI of 2 knees there. I asked about the price three times before getting there. I was told that the price for TWO knees is 540gel (if you have a Georgian ID, 20or30% discount) After paying the price I came to MRI cabinet itself and there they told me that this is the price only for one knee and the couldn’t do both in one time. After the procedure I tried to get it straight on the reception, but nothing adequate was said It’s clear that there is no clear price range for MRI or they do not know it. I’m sure that 540gel is the price for both knees, their attitude is just a joke. One good thing in all this mess was the woman in MRI cabinet, she was really nice and friendly

Disaster - avoid the place if you can. Better to search treatment somewhere else. Customer Experience 0/10. I wanted to see traumatologist to check my ankle. According to the information, the traumatologist's reception starts at 10AM, but one can't book a time but has to wait in the queue. I was there at around 10:05AM, and saw that the doctor's door was open and the room was empty. I registered, which took incredibly long, but at around 10:15 I joined the queue being second on it. At 10:26 I received an SMS telling that my appointment will be at 10:30. Around 10:35 the doctor arrived and took the first one in. After five minutes they finished and I thought it would be my turn. The patient left the room and then the doctor as well. After half an hour, the receptionist told me to sit in the chair (standing in the queue in front of the office was the only way to ensure you will hold your place there) and said that the doctor will be here in 10 minutes. After I had waited for 35 minutes, I realized that there are no guarantees when the doctor actually will arrive, hence I approached the reception and asked to cancel my appointment. They wanted to know why 🤣. The approach of the American Hospital was totally disrespectful. I understand that the doctors might have some other duties as well, but one should at least inform about the situation to the paying customers. I will find another place to solve the problem, or wait until I get back to Europe and proper service. Never again.

I was there with my mum for her cardiology problem, Dr.Nana take care of her. I was quite glad. First of all her treatment worked so well, she feels much better now. And she was so kind and helpful, even she text me a day later, if she was feeling fine. And stuffs was so nice and they were super helpful, they were doing their best explain all in english. To be honest I did not expect that kind of service in a Georgian hospital.

I went to the American Hospital for a bad case of strep throat and a running fever. The hospital itself is very clean, modern, and well staffed. However from my experience there were some frustrating moments. After being admitted as a patient, the nurses and doctors wouldn’t explain what they were doing to me or what tests they wanted to run on me unless I asked multiple times. Some of the nurses had attitudes with me because I kept asking questions. Maybe this is a cultural difference, but as an American, I expect for my doctors and medical staff to give me explanations so I understand what’s happening. If you’re an American coming to this hospital, I would recommend bringing a friend who knows Georgian or Russian. The head doctor knew English but most of the nurses did not, and I think this added to the confusion. In the end, this hospital ER visit charged me about $280 USD.
