I had an appointment for a specific time, but ended up waiting for two hours. During the first hour, the doctor wasn’t even there, and later local patients were pushing in and entering without any order. The reception and the clinic didn’t follow the schedule at all — the appointment system seems to exist only on paper. Very disappointing experience.

this review is for irina malazonia. a so called rheumatologist with fluent english. Her english is very poor. Her medical care was zero. She didnt even bother to look at the problem. you might as well just get blood tests yourself and enter them into chatgpt, or find a different person to see once you have blood test results. Dont waste your money on a consultation with her!

I am extremely disappointed with Todua Clinic and their treatment of clients holding a Georgian permanent residence permit. I was classified as a non-resident and charged a higher tariff without any explanation, which violates my rights. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation and present my documents, the clinic refused to acknowledge my status. I submitted a formal inquiry to the clinic’s administration, but it was completely ignored. My claims are not baseless — all my statements are supported by documents, including official requests, and can be verified. As a result, I refused to pay the unjustified fee and left without receiving any service. Such treatment is a clear example of discrimination and disregard for clients. A complaint has already been filed with the Public Defender’s Office, and I intend to pursue justice by all available means. I advise anyone who values their time and money to avoid this clinic.

I went to see a doctor Irakli Gogokhia, because I have concerns about HPV, the appointment was terrible, a waste of time and money. The doctor first said that there was no difference between urine testing and smear testing, then he said that there was. Questions about sexual activity, further diagnostics other than smear testing and observation remained unanswered. upd: called to get some medical reports after appointment, and didn't get any. terrible service -80 lari just to know that i dont have visible papiloma

I visited two doctors at this clinic. The doctor's appointments don't work on time, and you have to wait in a live queue. The mammologist is a wonderful doctor! As well as the doctor who gave ultrasounds. The gastroenterologist didn't provide any information. When I made an appointment for a gastroscopy, the receptionist on the second floor had poor communication skills. She didn't understand what I was asking her, and she changed the appointment time several times. Finally, when she told me that my appointment was on Saturday at 12 p.m., it turned out that she had scheduled it for Friday. As a result, I missed my appointment. It was a terrible experience.

The reception is very poorly educated. They don’t know their job. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes just to pay for a procedure.

I advise you not to go to this clinic especially for orthopedic procedures or treatment. There are no good doctors in this field! My mother was mistreated there !!!!

My worst visit to a clinic in my entire life. Doctors do not care about patients. I was also rude to a woman in a booth in room 109 when I did not understand where to give blood. I was sent to another room, and they watched for an hour that I was sitting in the wrong place. They communicate rudely, dismissively, as if this was a free state hospital. Medical reports are only in Georgian. They scheduled an appointment with a doctor, but in fact they let me into the office only an hour later, ruining all my plans. The prices are average (100 GEL per visit), so even from a financial point of view it is better to go to another hospital.

If you need a 3D CT scan of the skull, I strongly advise AGAINST visiting this clinic. I went in September and paid 280 GEL, which is significantly more expensive than other clinics. Most of the reception staff didn’t understand English even with Google Translate. After paying, I had to wait in line for an hour and a half! The scan itself took only a few minutes, but the real frustration started afterward. I specifically asked the doctor to send the CT file to my email, as neither my surgeon nor I can read CDs. She agreed, handed me a CD, and assured me I’d receive the file via email within 30 minutes. I never received it. I had to return to the clinic 8 times (!!!) to get them to send it. Each time, they promised, “Yes, yes, we will send it in 30 minutes,” but never did. I finally received my CT file three weeks later. I will never return to this clinic and do not recommend it to anyone.

Pretty ignorant staff. They can’t speak English so they just hung up. CT scanner is not working and they have no idea what to do with it, where else to get scans.

Excellent hospital. I underwent a proctological procedure here a few weeks ago and can only recommend it. Super competent doctors and excellent aftercare. A special thanks to Salome Kobadze. Extremely empathetic and competent doctor. Would come back anytime if my health requires it.

The appointment with a proctologist was correct, everything is fine. At the first attempt to make an appointment with a doctor, I was recorded for a urologist for some reason and I wasted a day in vain. The money was returned to me, but the time for admission of the proctologist had already ended and I was not redirected to him. No one was sorry and did not offer to compensate for the miss of the call center. I had to spend an extra day on this both personal time and time of development of symptoms that bothered me.

This is a very significant clinic in the recent history of our country, the city and for local people in general. We are lucky that a brilliant person who created all this, was born, created, helped patients. Yes, the prices are high here, but all the equipment and technologies here are very high-quality and expensive. There are always a lot of people here from the morning. The location of the city in this place is bad, unfortunate but they open an ultra modern center soon in a much cozy part of the city.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service from the clinic. It's impossible to get through to the registration desk. After waiting for 30 minutes on the line, my call was disconnected twice.

I went to this clinic for 2 different purposes: to have my blood test taken and to remove moles. My first visit here was 5 years ago and nothing has changed from that time: clean area, coolers with hot and cold water on each floor near the reception area, place for charging mobile phones, great service, friendly receptionists, professional doctors and the rest personnel. I got lost in the hallways and everybody who I asked, gently directed me to the right room:) They speak Georgian, English and Russian, which is very convenient for foreigners including me:)

The most modernized clinic I have ever been to. I recommend it to all expats in Tbilisi. With my family we visited several doctors including gynecologist, proctologist, family doctor, dermatologist, lab technicians. All were nice and professional. Almost no waiting at all. The lab results were ready within 30 min! Live piano music, paintings, fish tanks are extra cherries on top. Highly recommend. The only con we experienced was when you go to all the different doctors- you have to show your passport at every reception desk and pay fees separately- it would be awesome if it was one payment for all.

Had my annual MRI done here. Brain tumor survivor. Excellent staff! I have very difficult veins to place the IV catheters for contrast injection. The male attendant nailed it first time easily. Modern equipment and total cost was only just over 1/3 of my copay back in the USA. Simply astounding!

The best maternity clinic !!! Friendly and attentive staff and deluxe inpatients!

I went to Aversi Clinic last week for my child. the information personnel was nice also the doctor was so warm and friendly. Also she was Really professional in her medical filed. The other interesting one was about the live fever detector on the entrance door. and it was comfortable instead of manual checking with some guy like most of other clinics.

Good place to visit with various health problems. Lord save us...
