I had an appointment for a specific time, but ended up waiting for two hours. During the first hour, the doctor wasn’t even there, and later local patients were pushing in and entering without any order. The reception and the clinic didn’t follow the schedule at all — the appointment system seems to exist only on paper. Very disappointing experience.

this review is for irina malazonia. a so called rheumatologist with fluent english. Her english is very poor. Her medical care was zero. She didnt even bother to look at the problem. you might as well just get blood tests yourself and enter them into chatgpt, or find a different person to see once you have blood test results. Dont waste your money on a consultation with her!

I am extremely disappointed with Todua Clinic and their treatment of clients holding a Georgian permanent residence permit. I was classified as a non-resident and charged a higher tariff without any explanation, which violates my rights. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation and present my documents, the clinic refused to acknowledge my status. I submitted a formal inquiry to the clinic’s administration, but it was completely ignored. My claims are not baseless — all my statements are supported by documents, including official requests, and can be verified. As a result, I refused to pay the unjustified fee and left without receiving any service. Such treatment is a clear example of discrimination and disregard for clients. A complaint has already been filed with the Public Defender’s Office, and I intend to pursue justice by all available means. I advise anyone who values their time and money to avoid this clinic.

I went to see a doctor Irakli Gogokhia, because I have concerns about HPV, the appointment was terrible, a waste of time and money. The doctor first said that there was no difference between urine testing and smear testing, then he said that there was. Questions about sexual activity, further diagnostics other than smear testing and observation remained unanswered. upd: called to get some medical reports after appointment, and didn't get any. terrible service -80 lari just to know that i dont have visible papiloma

I visited two doctors at this clinic. The doctor's appointments don't work on time, and you have to wait in a live queue. The mammologist is a wonderful doctor! As well as the doctor who gave ultrasounds. The gastroenterologist didn't provide any information. When I made an appointment for a gastroscopy, the receptionist on the second floor had poor communication skills. She didn't understand what I was asking her, and she changed the appointment time several times. Finally, when she told me that my appointment was on Saturday at 12 p.m., it turned out that she had scheduled it for Friday. As a result, I missed my appointment. It was a terrible experience.

The reception is very poorly educated. They don’t know their job. It takes approximately 20-30 minutes just to pay for a procedure.

I advise you not to go to this clinic especially for orthopedic procedures or treatment. There are no good doctors in this field! My mother was mistreated there !!!!
