We really like pediatrician Alisa Sayadova at A Clinic - she seems always up to date with the latest recommendations. No unnecessary tests and prescriptions. And she is great with kids, our son adores her. I personally was patient with general practitioner Nikita Vizzhachiy and liked his approach as well. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a modern clinic that endorses evidence-based medicine principles.

I had an ultrasound, Dr Nino was very attentive. Huge plus - there is a site where prices for services are indicated. People are very polite and pleasant, and the clinic is clean.

If you’re not a Russian speaker, avoid this place at all costs. I booked an appointment on a Tuesday for a Sunday consultation with Anna Biriukova. They had nearly an entire week to let me know the doctor couldn’t (or doesn’t want to) speak English, but instead they waited until I arrived at the clinic to inform me last minute. Suddenly, I was given two insulting ultimatums: either have the male receptionist (who barely speaks English himself) sit inside the consultation room with me, or reschedule with someone else for another day. Imagine this level of professionalism from doctors who pretend to be reputable. What followed was a complete joke: a 15-minute “consultation,” of which at least 10 minutes were wasted on awkward silences, “umms,” and the English translator struggling to put two sentences together. I walked out spending 150 GEL to just waste my time. The doctor even shamelessly tried to add on additional costs and only removed them when I said I won’t pay more than the consultation fee. At one point, it seemed like the receptionist was giving me medical advice. Imagine that. This TikTok clinic is a scam. They misrepresent their services, seem to cherry-pick their patients, and show zero respect for people’s time or money. Seems like this doctor flattered herself way too much and thought I’m booking an appointment to admire her tattoos. If you don’t speak Russian, don’t bother. We’re in Georgia and now apparently we are required to speak Russian to get a health check up.

It’s a new clinic in Saburtalo. I chose it because it’s close to my home. The doctors and staff were super attentive. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The atmosphere was calm and unhurried. Also doctors speak several languages so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with. Location is perfect ❤️
