Something terrible is happening in this hospital that even a star couldn't describe. The staff here is rude, unprofessional, and impolite. You shouldn't even take your children for a basic blood test if you want them to come home healthy. You are in danger!!!

I read a lot of bad comments and decided to leave a good review because I had an appendectomy on 3.02.2026, and from the moment I arrived until my discharge, they treated me very well and paid attention to me. I don't know how I would have felt elsewhere. 😂😂 The surgery was performed by Maté Chankseliani, and I want to personally thank him. May God grant everyone health.

Terrible service filled with rude and unqualified staff. The emergency room is a disaster for both children and adults, all on one floor. It’s just outrageous that a child is lying there and can hear desperate screaming from the next room. It’s just too much. As soon as we arrived, they immediately started talking about money, very rude conversation. We submitted tests and were just sent away without even being told what the results were or how they looked. It’s shameful. I’m giving 1 star because I couldn’t comment otherwise.

Complete disaster!!!! Hell!!! I wasn't even in the children's reception, but they started talking about money, and I didn't say anything until I started speaking loudly myself. Before that, they didn't even listen to the child’s breathing, and they let us go with a child who had low iron without even telling us. We paid 400 lari, and we don't even have a diagnosis 🤓. We took an X-ray, and the doctor's prescription came in writing, and they didn't even talk to us or give any recommendations. It's a disgrace! I still can't recover from the shock.

Bad service. The scheduled patient was made to wait for 45 minutes, and it turned out that the doctor didn't even know he had a patient. There's no need to talk about the prices.

Big disorder

Terrible reception, terrible doctors. Indifferent, rude, and unprofessional. You shouldn't even show your child to them. I brought my child for a rabies vaccination, and the only one who did this was the surgeon. They told me to wait at the door with my child for 3-4 hours because he was going into surgery. "Don't leave the building, or you won't be able to come back."

The children's department is such that a person wouldn't even want to lie down and be treated just like that 😊

Irresponsible, inattentive, unprofessional, and rude service staff, including nurses. I can't say anything about the doctor; we were in waiting mode for 6-7 hours and didn't see him, probably he was asleep.

Ugh, it's dirty there and I saw a cockroach. They require unnecessary tests to be done.
