The extreme negligence and indifference of the clinic's doctors is truly shocking. We brought our dog in for examination three times, did all possible tests, ultrasounds, and X-rays, but the doctors could not determine the presence of a foreign body in the animal's stomach. Moreover, they assured us that such a thing was completely impossible and that the dog had no foreign body at all. Additionally, we have every reason to believe that the repeated ultrasound was not conducted at all — we were only presented with the same old printed paper. We did not receive any images or X-ray results from the doctors. As a result, after several weeks of incorrect diagnoses, we took our dog in a serious condition to the veterinary clinic in Batumi. And what do you think? There, the X-ray and ultrasound confirmed that the dog had a foreign body in its stomach. Due to the mistakes made by the doctors at the "Badishi" clinic, the conscious misguidance, and the delay in time, the dog passed away tonight from gastric sepsis. The resuscitation could not help. If the correct diagnosis had been made in time and surgery performed, this tragedy would not have happened. The clinic's doctors are silent today. Let this death now be on your hands — Nugzar and the team at the "Badishi" clinic.

All the doctors here are incredibly professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping animals — you can feel their genuine love in everything they do, including the clinic’s owner, Nugzari. We arrived without an appointment, carrying a tiny homeless dog we had found in a rural part of Georgia who urgently needed help. Even though the clinic was busy, they welcomed us without hesitation and treated our pup immediately, with exceptional care and kindness. Thanks to their swift action and expertise, our little dog got the help he needed — and we are immensely grateful. We now bring our second dog as well. Highly recommend this amazing clinic!
