Why does no one ever answer the phone?

Wanted to give a good review for this hospital! Staff at the reception didn’t speak English but they were really accommodating and we did just fine with Google translate. We brought our 8 months old daughter for general check up and the doctor was really accommodating, attentive and sweet. If you speak Russian this will help a lot, otherwise Google translate will do too! Blood test was super quick and we got results in 2 hours. Consultation + blood test price was about 30$ total. My husband did another test in this clinic and the wait was long, about 1,5 hours (I guess it depends on time of the day and day of the week) but overall the service was good. Overall a good experience in this clinic and polite staff. Wanted to support them and write a good review.

Really good for foreginers. I was here two times for stiches application on foreface wound and drainage removal day after. Both times there was someone english speaking. Actually it was third hospital in Georgia I visited after accident and first one where I got really proffesional help. In case of accident I really reccomend hospital and staff which is very proffesional, nice and cominicative

I was admitted to this clinic on 11/7/2023 with a stone in the ureter. The operation was performed and the attending physician was Bzikadze Merab Shotaevich. Before that, I underwent CT diagnostics there. I have only good impressions of the people who work there. No discomfort, despite the fact that I do not speak Georgian. Many of the staff know Russian or English. I am very grateful to the staff in the emergency room and the nurses in the department for their warmth and care. There are no cots in the ward) Wide comfortable beds with a remote control. The wards are spacious and bright.

Got treated quickly

We as visitors did not know where to take our child having high fever. Our Host was aware of policlinic only. Having been struggling for over a day to find out a private clinic or hospital which can take our child for treatment (govt hospital refused being foreigner). It was a coincidence that I asked a local person (another customer at pharmacy) at 12.30am (yes 12.30am as I went to get some Medicines for the child) and he advised about this hospital. I rushed and my daughter was immediately taken to doctor while the formalities/registration was done later. In a dire situation this hospital saved my daughter (fever, vomiting etc) from getting worse. Though the staff didn’t understand English, but managed happily through google translate. WC was not clean though it’s a hospital and esp. with COVID should have been even more cleaner.
