Thank you so much for introducing another hospital that’s 4 times cheaper than your hospital! 3 stars for the staff, 0 stars for the price. Your staff are far much better than your business model!

Terrible sanitation in the restroom. Such a situation is unimaginable in a clinic!!! You can still enter the restroom on the second floor, but the flush button and the entire toilet bowl are in such a condition that it's impossible to touch them. I also expressed my dissatisfaction on the spot, as if I spoke to the cleaner, who clearly showed that she wouldn't clean anything in the future.

As a foreign tourist I was able to get a rabies vaccine here for 80 GEL. I showed my passport and the vaccination card I received in Georgia for previous jabs. A very helpful woman called Ana in reception was able to help me navigate the process.

Rabies vaccine. I give 2 stars to appreciate the welcoming by the secretary, very friendly. However, the doctor... the language barrier was eventually overcome, but charging 90 lari for a rabies specialist consultation, seriously... that's very dishonest.

I feel compelled to leave a negative review for this hospital. When I first arrived, a woman asked for my name. I told her my English name, but she immediately responded by asking, “Do you not speak English?” I was shocked and honestly felt quite offended. I’m not sure why she said that, but it was extremely inappropriate. I then pointed to my English name in my passport, but she seemed to only look at the Chinese name and told me that it wasn’t an English name. I kept trying to explain and asked her to look at the English section, but she kept insisting it was Chinese. She didn’t even take the time to properly look at my passport. To me, this behavior was unacceptable. Her attitude made me extremely angry, and in the end, I didn’t even bother arguing with her anymore because it felt pointless.

Put disinfectant in the disinfectant dispensers and soap in the men's restroom if you want a higher score. Also don't have your security hassle me if I go deeper into the hospital to use one of the rare dispensers with disinfectant in it, or go into the woman's restroom to get soap. Please familiarize yourselves with the germ theory of disease. People die due to improper sanitation, and this is the only option in Kutaisi for many medical procedures.
