They are the best! We have a young female dog, and we are visiting them with her since 2025 October. We did: All the vaccinations and shots, microchip under the skin, monthly pills against ticks and worms, dog passport, blood tests (for the sterilization and for the EU passport) and sterilization. They are professional and precise, seems well equipped. The entrance hall and the preparatory room looks and smells clean and sterile. They are helpful and friendly, explain all the details. Everybody can speak English well. They handle the animals kindly. They also give emotional support for the owner. They did the surgery yesterday. Everything went well. Beautiful wound, barely can be seen! They even cleaned the teeth of our dog during anesthesia, because I worried maybe she has a problem with it! After surgery they gave us all the information written on paper (in English). Bonus: They always pick up the phone, and they call you back, if needed. You can buy medicines and foods, toys and all the necessary tools for animals in a shop on the lower level.

In the village, I take care of many stray cats, and I needed their help several times. They treat my cats with incredible attention, care, and professionalism. Thank you for everything 💖
