Very poor service from the registrars. They delayed us for more than half an hour to open the history. They refused to talk to each other. They were deliberately hindering patient service! Insensitive answers! You will lose the desire to come to this hospital.

Came very late at night. Spoke to the doctor immediately and were able to diagnose the problem. Treated promptly and fair prices too all things considered. Very friendly staff made the whole process very pleasant despite the circumstances.

10am, 20.09.23 - I have an injury and I m calling to make an appointment. The hospital phone lady hungs up once she hears me speak English. I call back with my georgian friend to speak in Georgian to her to make an appointment. She is declining all my phone calls for the next hour. What is your problem with English speaking people at this hospital? Could you at least TRY to help ?
