I needed to have my retainer removed and cleaned, and they made an appointment for me very promptly. However, teeth cleaning is quite expensive (180 GEL). I had increased sensitivity to my teeth, but it was still a very painful experience for me, it seemed to me that the therapist was being very rude. Also, the next day, something like stomatitis appeared on my upper lip, perhaps hygiene standards were not properly observed.
