After the first consultation, we were assured that the surgery would restore her vision by 20-25%. A week after the surgery, the situation is as follows: 1. There is no improvement in my grandmother's vision. 2. When we brought her back to the clinic, we were told that she has damage and further recovery is impossible. If they assured us before the surgery that her vision would definitely improve by 20-25%, why did the position change after the surgery? If there was any damage, they should have mentioned it during the first consultation. You cannot promise a patient a result that is not guaranteed in advance. From my side — a very negative assessment. This is an example of unprofessionalism. I do not recommend others to work with this clinic.

The clinic made a favorable impression. Young, qualified doctors, a modern building, and state-of-the-art equipment. I saw ophthalmologist Tinatin Sihalulidze. There were a lot of people, but the doctor saw all the patients as usual, devoting maximum attention to each one.

They have terrible service, we were called for surgery at 10 o'clock and the patient was only taken in at 2 o'clock... The psychological stress from waiting was so great that I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here. There is no order at all, they take people in based on a selection principle.
