I was recently fortunate enough to become a patient at this clinic on the recommendation of friends. This is my second dental treatment in Batumi, and I'm a little sad that I didn't come here right away. First, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Roman. He examined me, created a clear treatment plan (which he also emailed me), and explained everything clearly and understandably, without unnecessary words—I love it when doctors communicate like that. The plan included treating five cavities, polishing two teeth, and restoring a chip on one tooth. The doctor suggested doing everything in one two-hour visit, arguing that a step-by-step approach, for example, would require at least two or more doses of anesthesia... And then I was pleasantly surprised! "The doctor is concerned about my health," I thought, "and he could have made more money, for example, if I had come several times (which is what happened at my previous clinic two years ago)." After this approach, I made an appointment without hesitation and came for treatment. I'd also like to point out something that's probably been normal for a long time, but two years ago I still had dental treatment while sitting. As always, my neck hurt constantly, and sometimes I even felt a pinched jaw, which would ache and click for a long time afterward. Here, I spent the entire appointment completely horizontal, just like I was in bed at home! I left feeling completely refreshed after the entire procedure, and I caught myself thinking that the only thing keeping me awake was the loud noises of the instruments. Also important for me, and I immediately noticed this, is that both the doctor and the nurse were always attentive during the treatment, wiping away any saliva or water that might occasionally get on my face. I've usually done this myself for as long as I can remember; at most, they might give me a napkin, but here they were so thoughtful. In the end, Dr. Roman did everything perfectly and even a little faster than two hours, although I didn't notice any rush in his actions. Bottom line: my husband also went to see Dr. Roman and then signed up for treatment. My mother is coming to visit in a few days and also signed up for a consultation. 🥰

I had dental treatment and dentures at this clinic. I had both upper and lower teeth done. It's a very well-equipped and cozy clinic. You feel right at home, and yet you're still getting dental treatment. Dr. Roman explains everything in great detail and answers all my questions. I had a lot of them. I think I'd gone home, and then in the evening I suddenly remember something, or if I'm unsure, I message you on messenger and get answers, and I fall asleep calmly and without worry! And of course, the price is a pleasant surprise compared to Minsk clinics. Lode is nervously smoking on the sidelines. I had implants and tooth extractions. By the way, I already had Straubmann implants and needed crowns done on them. Everything was done perfectly, even though they use a different system. Overall, it's top-notch! I also really liked how the clinic's visits are organized; you don't have to run around a hundred times. I came in for 4-5 hours, just the amount needed for a comprehensive procedure, and everything was done in one go. It's very convenient and saves time. Of course, there are no lines. I'm only writing this review now, even though I had all my dentures done six months ago - no problems, now all I do is smile)
