Dentist Ekaterina Vladimirovna is the first doctor who has found a way to connect with my child in a long time. After unsuccessful treatment at another clinic, my daughter refused to open her mouth to the dentist, even for a consultation. We tried three different clinics, all without success. Result: 1. We received a full consultation on all our teeth. Ekaterina explained and demonstrated how to properly care for our teeth and why it's so important, and we created a treatment plan. 2. We treated her first tooth. It was scary, and at first, she wouldn't open her mouth again. Then, suddenly, I saw her mouth open, and while the tooth was being drilled, my daughter gave me a "like" 😂 (Probably only mothers will understand me now). 3. Her fear of dental treatment has passed. We have a foundation to build on in the future – a positive experience + trust in Ekaterina – our best dentist with magic hands (as Yana told me after the appointment). 4. My daughter received a gift and some delicious ice cream🙌 5. We're confidently heading off to further treatment! 6. I can't help but mention this important point: The parents' spirits are off the charts! Everyone is happy!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! About the timing: I had dental treatment from spring to June. I had to leave, which I warned the doctor about several times. Dr. Shota Kopadze, for some reason, started treating five teeth simultaneously instead of finishing them one by one and keeping the deadlines in mind. A month before leaving, with five unfinished teeth, I was already worried and asked in a messenger how many appointments I should make for June (appointments for the next month open at the end of the previous one, all appointments are quickly filled, and it's quite difficult to get an appointment during the month). The doctor said I needed four more appointments to finish all five teeth. Fearing this, I booked an extra number of appointments, just in case. After three of the four appointments, I still had five teeth to work on. I was already asking for all the backup appointments, and there was talk of whether they would have time to make the onlays before leaving. I came in a flustered state (and rightfully so) – and the clinic ultimately said they wouldn't have time to make the onlays, and that's my problem: do what you want. About the onlays: They placed flat, not ridged, fillings on three back teeth, preparing them for onlays, which they didn't have time to do. In the last week or two before leaving, I went to another clinic to have the three onlays completed, which this clinic refused to complete on time. They strongly recommended that I skip the onlays and simply re-do the fillings from flat to ridged. The other clinic considered the "thin walls" argument for three teeth with a living nerve a very inappropriate reason for installing onlays and filing down the tops of my own teeth. So, I ended up paying twice at two different clinics for re-doing the fillings (filling the same teeth), around $250-$300. If the doctor and the clinic had been held accountable for the work's timeliness, or at least if the doctor had placed lumpy fillings, I wouldn't have found myself in this situation. Regarding unauthorized treatment: I'd only had an implant for six years without complaints. The doctor noticed it was loose and, in May, suggested tightening it, saying he'd drilled it successfully and could keep the old crown, as I'd wanted. At the next visit, he started working on the tooth, trimmed the gum, and replaced the implant components—all of which took a long time and cost about $500. How, from that phrase, "We drilled it successfully, we're keeping the crown," the doctor then decided to "replace everything related to the implant" on his own the next visit remains a mystery to me. The scope of work and the price weren't discussed with me, and I still trusted the doctor at the time. While the work was being done on my tooth, I ate on my right side for a long time (there was an implant on the left, without a crown). And when, closer to my departure, they finally put a crown on the implant and redid the lumpy fillings at another dentist's office, I had already forgotten what a proper bite was, or had it adjusted by the time I started eating on both sides again. Basically, I didn't notice the problem right away. I moved far away, to a small village where there were no dentists, and there sensitivity developed, and within a month I couldn't eat normally. When I wrote to the doctor and sent a photo, he didn't ask what the pain was or what kind of pain it was, but simply said, "The implant is fine, the problem is with the neighboring tooth"—that's how helpful a consultation it was. I had to go to the nearest city for a dental appointment on my day off. In fact, the problem was with my malocclusion, and the implant was under a lot of stress, causing my gums to recede, leading to sensitivity. I also asked the doctor why my gums had receded under the implant if the problem was with the adjacent tooth. The doctor's brilliant answer was: "I left you with that gap during treatment." My gums receded not only under the implant, but also on two teeth on the right side—presumably over two periods lasting about a month, while I didn't have a crown on the implant and while I couldn't eat normally due to my bite. What's strange is that some sensitivity under the implant still occasionally appears, then disappears for a long time; the cause is still unclear. Bottom line: this was a tooth that hadn't been bothering me, and according to the doctor, the implant only needed to be adjusted. I ended up paying $500. Now I have receded gums on both sides (this won't go away), and judging by the occasional sensitivity, there are still some consequences.

I have an anxiety disorder with panic attacks, and those who have experienced this understand that it's not just a "fear of doctors," but a condition in which a routine appointment can feel like a huge ordeal. But thanks to Dr. Shota Kopadze, I felt truly at ease during my treatment. He is very attentive, explains everything, supports me, and creates such trust that the procedure is as comfortable as possible. I left feeling truly cared for. A special thank you to the assistants—they are incredibly attentive and friendly. Thanks to them, the atmosphere in the office is calm, which is very important to me. And, of course, a thank you to the receptionists: they are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help and advise. Thank you to the entire Your Dentist team for their professionalism and compassion. For someone with anxiety, this is a huge help. ❤️

The receptionists are nice and friendly, the dental assistants are attentive and caring, and they'll reassure you when needed. I had a tooth treated by Dr. Shota and was impressed with his professionalism. He understands your situation, offers the most reliable solutions, and if you're unsure or unsure, he'll explain, explain, and repeat. I had to split the treatment into four appointments because they first treated my root canal, then filled it, and placed a post, and all four were calm and comfortable.

Even after moving from Batumi to another city, I still go to her for monthly activations because I don't want to trade her for anyone else. Here I receive comprehensive recommendations and full support for my treatment, and I'll continue to do so for at least another year, or however long it takes. I also had mini-screws placed here; the surgeon is also a professional and pleasant to talk to. Yes, it's not cheap, but how could it be otherwise for the high quality of services and treatment.
