We visited the clinic to see a "specialist" who is simultaneously the founder, an ENT, and an allergist. Unfortunately, the visit left an extremely negative impression and raised serious doubts about the competence and adherence to medical standards. 1. Appointment as an Allergist: It seemed that the doctor was not interested in finding the true cause of the disease. * We were told that "there's no point in taking tests," as I quote, "it could be an allergy either to a cat or to dust." * A recommendation was given to take antihistamines for life. This approach, which excludes diagnostics (tests, analyses) and offers symptomatic treatment for a lifetime, seems unprofessional and inadequate for modern allergology. 2. Appointment as an ENT (Otolaryngologist): The examination as an ENT was shocking and did not meet any standards. * I came with a confirmed and repeatedly treated diagnosis of chronic tonsillitis (with characteristic purulent plugs). The doctor stated that I had no tonsillitis. * The examination was conducted without adhering to basic sanitary and technical norms, which is unacceptable. The doctor lacked: * Sterile gloves. * Special ENT instruments. * A personal medical flashlight or light source. * Instead of medical equipment, the doctor asked me to turn on the flashlight on my personal phone and shine it in my throat. This is a gross violation of examination rules, hygiene norms, and safety techniques. 🛑 Conclusion The combination of the founder's position and an incompetent doctor in two key specialties (ENT and allergist) raises serious questions about the level of the entire clinic. The unwillingness to conduct diagnostics, refusal of adequate treatment for tonsillitis, as well as the absolutely unacceptable examination without instruments and gloves — all of this has led us to never return to this clinic again. I strongly do not recommend consulting this specialist.

There are only one and a half doctors for the entire clinic. The computer is constantly having problems, and to get a response to a blood test, you can literally sit there all day waiting, even though it says they work until 8 PM. I've sat there until 10 PM just waiting for who knows what, and that's not an exaggeration. I was bothered by headaches, so they ran tests on me for $600 and ended up prescribing vitamin D; they even checked my prostate. I accidentally walked into an office and witnessed an unpleasant conversation where Maya scolded her ultrasound technician for not helping to squeeze money out of clients, saying they need money, not results.

Maya is a very good otolaryngologist, smart and intelligent. She listened very carefully to all my complaints, explained possible causes, performed an examination, and prescribed good treatment. She explained what to do in different cases and when things should improve. I highly recommend the clinic; it's quiet and calm there 🤍

I visited Vivet Med Clinic for a gastroenterologist consultation. The doctor seemed professional and prescribed some tests and procedures, with a follow-up planned for the next week. I chose to do the lab tests at Synevo instead of using the clinic’s lab. The day before my appointment, I called to confirm - only to be told there was no record of it. We rescheduled, but once they found out I had done the tests elsewhere, they cancelled all appointments and refused to continue treatment. The experience left a very negative impression. If you bring in outside lab results, don’t expect respect or care - just a refusal. Would not recommend.

I strongly advise against this clinic. I came here for food poisoning on a recommendation from work – I needed to get sick leave. I called ahead and asked if I could get sick leave. They said yes, come on over. The examination costs 80 lari. At this point, I was already 20 minutes late, but that's okay. After the examination, they took me to another room without warning and started scheduling paid tests without explaining that they cost money. They simply said, "We'll do it now." ⠀ I explained that I had food poisoning and a temperature of 38°C (100.4°F), I was feeling unwell, and I just wanted to get sick leave – I had no time for tests. But instead of understanding, they pressured me and pushed paid procedures, as if I had no choice. ⠀ When I refused, they started being rude and aggressive. The "doctors" started raising their voices, accusing me of being drunk (!) and trying to "extort money from my sick leave." 😳😳😳 This despite the fact that I was barely sitting up from weakness, completely wet, and with a fever. No one even took my temperature. This isn't medicine, it's an attempt to squeeze as much money out of a sick person as possible. I received an "unconfirmed" sick leave because I refused to pay for additional tests. Instead, I experienced stress, humiliation, and a complete lack of human interaction.

I had some tests done on a friend's recommendation. I heard through word of mouth that this is one of the best clinics in Batumi, so I highly recommend it.

We had an appointment with an endocrinologist. The administrator—she's also the founder and apparently the only doctor at the clinic—is an unpleasant person. She minds her own business, questions the competence of the second doctor, and refuses to issue a receipt. We had MAJOR difficulties with the paperwork for the insurance company (Form 100). A small-town clinic run by ONE person. Not recommended.

I saw an ENT specialist for chronic pharyngitis. The doctor's recommendations helped me immediately; my sore throat went away, and my fever hasn't risen since! A huge thank you to the wonderful and attentive ENT specialist. I was very satisfied with the consultation, and I appreciated the professional approach and comfortable communication. I'm glad I contacted you first, and I appreciate your quick response and finding the closest available appointment for me.

I consulted an ENT specialist for an ear infection, and they helped me wonderfully. When the public clinic removed the list of antibiotics for me, a nursing mother, and told me to stop breastfeeding, this clinic approached the situation with understanding and carefully selected the medications. The illness lasted more than a month, and the doctor stayed in touch with me constantly.

I saw an ENT specialist, and the diagnosis was successful, the prescribed treatment was helpful, and all my health-related questions were answered. I highly recommend them.
