I strongly advise against this clinic. I came here for food poisoning on a recommendation from work – I needed to get sick leave. I called ahead and asked if I could get sick leave. They said yes, come on over. The examination costs 80 lari. At this point, I was already 20 minutes late, but that's okay. After the examination, they took me to another room without warning and started scheduling paid tests without explaining that they cost money. They simply said, "We'll do it now." ⠀ I explained that I had food poisoning and a temperature of 38°C (100.4°F), I was feeling unwell, and I just wanted to get sick leave – I had no time for tests. But instead of understanding, they pressured me and pushed paid procedures, as if I had no choice. ⠀ When I refused, they started being rude and aggressive. The "doctors" started raising their voices, accusing me of being drunk (!) and trying to "extort money from my sick leave." 😳😳😳 This despite the fact that I was barely sitting up from weakness, completely wet, and with a fever. No one even took my temperature. This isn't medicine, it's an attempt to squeeze as much money out of a sick person as possible. I received an "unconfirmed" sick leave because I refused to pay for additional tests. Instead, I experienced stress, humiliation, and a complete lack of human interaction.

I had some tests done on a friend's recommendation. I heard through word of mouth that this is one of the best clinics in Batumi, so I highly recommend it.

We had an appointment with an endocrinologist. The administrator—she's also the founder and apparently the only doctor at the clinic—is an unpleasant person. She minds her own business, questions the competence of the second doctor, and refuses to issue a receipt. We had MAJOR difficulties with the paperwork for the insurance company (Form 100). A small-town clinic run by ONE person. Not recommended.

I saw an ENT specialist for chronic pharyngitis. The doctor's recommendations helped me immediately; my sore throat went away, and my fever hasn't risen since! An excellent private clinic with thriving doctors who don't go to extremes. I had an appointment with the ENT specialist, who is also the clinic's founder and a truly pleasant person and inquisitive specialist. Both the initial and follow-up appointments were detailed and lasted about an hour—because I asked a lot of questions, we discussed the problem and the prescribed treatment, and I sought her opinion on alternative treatment protocols I knew. I was very receptive to seeing a broad perspective, genuine interest, and the justification for all the prescriptions and recommendations. They didn't prescribe anything unnecessary, and they were able to avoid antibiotics because the problem didn't require them, and the doctor took my microbiome issues into account. By comparison, other places prescribed three antibiotics during a 15-minute examination because that's standard protocol. I plan to have further examinations and tests only here, even though my insurance allows me to go to the Medical Center. The prices are average for Batumi. I also refer my family and friends here. They're very attentive in everything—from the examination, to the medical history, to the treatment selection, to the staff selection, and even the clinic atmosphere—it's a pleasant place to be, with no lines, and no smell of bleach or chemical aroma diffusers (which are impossible to escape these days). Overall, I'm grateful such a place exists in Batumi 🙏🏼

We decided to go to this clinic because friends recommended it. And you know what? It was worth it. It's the best clinic in Batumi. They understand us perfectly. A very good clinic. I wish you success and expansion! An ENT appointment costs 70 lari. The consultation lasted about 30-40 minutes, and Dr. Maya thoroughly examined everything and prescribed treatment. Everyone speaks Russian and can translate X-rays and ultrasounds from Georgian (if needed). If necessary, they also recommend other clinics where you can get an X-ray or ultrasound, or see a doctor who isn't here. I had a good experience with the clinic; they offer special offers for checkups of men's and women's health tests with transcripts. Overall, I recommend it.
