It's a shame I can't give 0/5. I decided to try waxing. I was in a hurry and only signed up for underarms. It usually takes 5 minutes max in all salons. Here it took half an hour! The quality of the wax was poor — they applied it and then struggled to remove it, leaving hairs behind. The result: half an hour wasted on a 5-minute procedure. The procedure, which has never been painful in 4 years, was extremely painful and unpleasant. I was left with irritation and redness. Don't come here if you want to pay for discomfort and poor service. And the "studio" itself is just transparent boxes in the middle of some business center. It was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant to be there.
