I visited the branch and really liked the service and the staff.

+ they speak Russian + the test result came the next day ¯- unsanitary conditions: no shoe covers, no place to hang outerwear, had to sit in a chair with my jacket sleeve pulled up -+ the child is afraid of injections and before taking blood, he asked to go to the bathroom, the staff rolled her eyes and grimaced, but thank you for letting us in ¯- how they took blood from the child... I myself slid down from the chair, they just shoved the needle in and rummaged around, moving the needle back and forth inside, the child was terrified. Of course, there was a bruise left.

I had a blood test done, it was so quick, in a second, I didn't feel anything at all! The technician is amazing!
