We're from Belarus. We went to see her because our three-year-old had a missing filling and was experiencing pain in his molar. We applied through our insurance, and within an hour and a half, they assigned us to this clinic, and we had an appointment that same day. The equipment in the office is state-of-the-art. The x-ray was taken right there with a mobile X-ray machine. Of course, our little one was very scared and cried. Dr. Anna spent an hour with us: she consoled him, explained what she would do, and fascinated him with cartoon stickers. Anna is a highly skilled specialist, a very warm and responsible person. She stayed in touch with us even after the treatment. She even called the next day to ask how our little one was feeling. Thank you so much, Anna! I'd like to wish the clinic's management the best possible care for such a wonderful specialist and reward her for her excellent work. Doctors like Anna enhance the clinic's positive reputation.

A good clinic. I had dental treatment with Teona (dentist) and then had another tooth extracted by surgeon Gia Beridze. So far, I can only say good things: everything was high-quality and reliable. I'll be going to the same surgeon for implants in the fall. Ardi insurance covers treatment costs here, and it partially covers them. However, surgery is not covered. The prices are reasonable. And don't delay treatment; go right away. The sooner you come, the cheaper and better it is. Don't let things get serious! Overall, thank you very much! I highly recommend them.

I went to this clinic to have my wisdom teeth removed. Thanks to surgeon Gia for the amazing work, but the service is frankly poor. The first time, they forgot about my appointment; I was lucky the doctor had time, but when I went to have my stitches removed by appointment, they told me they were already booked. I had to go to another dentist to have my stitches removed; I didn't want to go back here, but the surgeon is truly a master of his craft.

Dr. Mikeladze is an excellent dentist at the clinic; I've been seeing her for several years. I've never had any problems. Otherwise, it's been a complete disappointment. It's impossible to see the surgeon; he's never there, and appointments are constantly canceled. The orthodontist completely forgets about the patient as soon as they leave the office. In November 2023, I wanted to get braces or aligners, and I waited a month and a half for an appointment. In early December, I took x-rays to send to the company that makes the aligners to see if they could help me. The doctor said the results wouldn't be available until after the New Year, since the holidays were coming up (December 5th). After the New Year, no one called me; I waited until January 15th and made an appointment myself. In February, my appointment was canceled, and they didn't tell me whether I needed impressions taken, so I had to go to another clinic.

I had three wisdom teeth removed at this clinic and want to thank the dentist/surgeon, Gia Beridze, and, of course, his assistant! He did the job quickly (less than an hour) and completely painlessly. Of course, I thought I'd be in excruciating pain the next day and have a swollen face, but that didn't happen, which surprised and delighted me. Furthermore, a week has passed since the removal (remember, three wisdom teeth at once!), and I've been living my normal life for several days now, having already forgotten that just a week ago I had this "operation." I'm very grateful to the professional dentist/surgeon, Gia Beridze; I can recommend him with absolute confidence!

I'd like to say hello to therapist Natalia Bolkvadze and thank you for the treatment. I really want to support her because I was very pleased with her work. We had a cleaning – it didn't hurt at all, and it took a whole hour! They put in three fillings – they look just like their own. If anyone was scared by the old treatment methods with almost no anesthesia, you'll understand: I'm terrified of dentists. I went to my second appointment with Natalia without any fear and even felt relaxed during the procedure. She's very careful, calm, and takes her time, explaining everything thoroughly. In fact, she's the first dentist I've ever had who really cared about my joint and gave it a break during the procedure! Natalia is always available and always says, "Let me know if you have any questions." Overall, I'm satisfied.

The worst clinic ever! I got braces there! They've completely ruined me. Instead of straightening my teeth, they pushed them forward. The bone is deformed, and it's possible that my front teeth can't be saved. And all this is due to the greed of the doctors who wanted to put implants where they shouldn't have been. What won't people do for a lot of money?! They squeezed money out of me as much as they could. And there was no result. Now I'm overpaying five times more to have everything fixed. The communication style, friendliness, and loyalty at this clinic are zero!!!!! All the doctors there are like they've been recruited from a collective farm; they all work there, they're rude to patients, they mock, insult, and extort money! Orthodontist Nino Mameishvili, therapist Natalia Bolkvadze, and surgeon Gia Beridze! The worst doctors I've ever met! They're rude, and their professionalism is zero. The therapist was so aggressive when cleaning my teeth that she damaged my gums, which are inflamed and bleeding. She did a terrible job with my fillings, which turned my gums black. They removed them at another clinic, and I almost lost a tooth. I had to get a crown on my second tooth at another clinic. Due to the negligence of Natalia, the therapist who was administering anesthesia, she hit a nerve in my neck, which was painful and brought tears to my eyes. I didn't even scream, to which the doctor said, "I can't work like this, calm down, come back." I had a severe toothache, and they sent me away with anesthesia, so I suffered all day, and then suffered from neck pain for two days because I couldn't move my head; it was so painful. After I sent a message asking why this happened and what to do about it, the doctor started insulting me and blaming me for everything. Although I didn't blame her, I simply asked a question. And there are tons of situations like this! As soon as I sent Nina the x-rays and told her they were ruining my teeth, she started insulting me and threatening me too. Gia Beridze insisted on implants where there was no room and they were absolutely forbidden! But Gia was obsessed with money, so he decided he could! Because he told me, "I'm a doctor, I know better," and he aggressively and rudely removed my wisdom teeth. What a bunch of doctors! All they know is to threaten, block, and extract out of fear. But I'll prove it in court! I don't understand how they were allowed to treat people. Because of their negligence, I'm in this state now. And other doctors I've seen at other clinics are simply shocked by what they did to me. When I tried to talk to the doctors normally, I was met with accusations, insults, and threats. My lawyer and I sent a letter to the clinic, along with before-and-after images, and laid out everything under the statutes. And they demanded my treatment history. And in response - silence! They have no right not to give me my history. If they rewrite my history, it's a crime! We are preparing a lawsuit to sue the clinic and the doctors! I really hope that their license is revoked and they are punished for causing pain and tears to other people! Run! Whoever got involved with this clinic, run! The clinic director is also not reacting in any way, but now they will start making excuses here so as not to lose patients. Don't believe them. I have absolutely all the evidence! Everything! All the before and after pictures. All the text messages with threats and insults from the doctors. All the money transfers. And they also asked me to pay large sums by bank transfer, and not through the terminal... They are afraid of the tax office. But even if they start to correct themselves now, it will not help them, because my lawyer already has all the evidence and we are preparing a lawsuit. Good afternoon! I had a crown placed at the Stoma Dent dental clinic. While the crown was being placed, they started filing down the tooth where the crown was supposed to be, explaining that it wouldn't fit. When I started to feel pain, they told me they needed to remove the nerves from the healthy tooth so they could file it down even further. I refused, and they still put the crown in. Some time later, I went to another clinic with a different problem. They took a 3D scan and told me the crown placed at Stoma Dent was very poorly installed, there was inflammation under the tooth, and the crown needed to be broken and the canals filled again. I made an appointment for a new crown, and while I was waiting, the old one broke (it wasn't even a month old!). They refused to refund me, saying the inflammation was nothing to worry about. Overall, my experience was negative. I paid 500 lari and got nothing. I asked for a refund, not even 50% of the cost, but only 50%. I was refused. I highly recommend this establishment.
