I have been getting depilation done and I am very satisfied; it's been a year with not a single hair!

I made an appointment for laser hair removal a week in advance, specifically arrived in Batumi early, and in the end, they canceled my appointment 2.5 hours before because the master left; it turns out there is only one working there. I didn't like the attitude of the consultant; there was no loyalty, for example, special conditions or an appointment for the same day. They just suggested I reschedule for another day in half a week and adjust all my plans to them, spending 2 hours on the road without a 100% guarantee of getting in. Customer orientation is simply absent!

One of the staff members, a lady, exhibited excessive arrogance, inhumanity, and pride. The environment was good, but the attitude of one of the hostesses ruined everything. Zero recommendations!

Terrible service! The receptionist is extremely rude and impolite! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Amazing!! The salon positions itself as the best salon in Batumi, yet they don't provide stickers for the breasts to the girls!!! It's surprising how much they care about women's health!!
