Incompetent and unprofessional dermatologist Nino Beridze. I went to her for appointments for 3 months. During this time, she was unable to make the correct diagnosis or prescribe the right treatment. I had a red spot with peeling on my face and leg. At first, she took a fungal test. There was no fungus. Without a diagnosis, she prescribed various hormonal ointments and antihistamines. They had no effect. The spots only got bigger, and the hormonal ointments made them redder and added itching and burning. Doctor Nino Beridze just looked and couldn't understand what it was and continued experimenting with my spot using ointments. Initially, I went to this clinic to see this doctor because I saw an article online praising her and positioning her as the best specialist in Batumi. The article is extremely misleading and does not reflect reality. The doctor not only failed to help but also harmed me. The spots from the constant hormonal ointments became larger and rougher. Hormonal ointments should not be applied to the face at all. Later, when I visited a professor in Tbilisi, I was given the correct diagnosis - psoriasis. This diagnosis can be made based on symptoms and should be determined by any experienced doctor or after a dermatoscopy. The doctor's mistake was that she didn't even refer me to more experienced doctors and didn't acknowledge her incompetence. Thus, I thought I was being treated by a competent doctor who knew what she was doing. It turned out to be otherwise. I lost a lot of time and was treated incorrectly. There are no competent dermatologists in Batumi at all. You need to go straight to Tbilisi.

It's impossible to get through to the clinic on the third day; they don't answer the phone!!!

This is the worst and most disorganized clinic! You make an appointment with the doctor, and still have to wait in a live queue! Maybe you should hire some decent administrators?! Total madness!!!

With such an administrator or whoever answers the client calls, there will never be any appointments at the clinic. Customer orientation is zero; they hung up during the conversation and didn’t answer calls afterward. I have no desire to go to this clinic after such treatment, even if the doctor here is good.

The service at the reception is terrible. It feels like they are annoyed that you want to bring money.

The reception service is terrible. Not only is it impossible to get through to them by phone, you have to text and call everywhere you can to get an answer. The women at the reception desk are just terribly negative. I went to see a doctor, and because of their attitude, I didn't even get an appointment. I don't understand how anyone can treat customers like that.
