I first had some tests done at the Kani clinic, and they referred me to this clinic, to see surgeon Timur. They said they'd send the results. On the appointed day, the surgeon was late and said he hadn't received any results. I contacted Kani again, and they forgot to send them, but after a reminder, they did. Now comes the fun part. I message Timur on WhatsApp, "You have the results, look at them and schedule a date and price." He replies, "I don't have time, remind me tomorrow." Okay. I message him the next day, saying, "It's me, reminding you." He replies again, "I'm tired, I'm on the road right now, remind me tomorrow." Well, I can tell you how professional he is; I didn't want to deal with him again, let alone have surgery. If this is the attitude before the procedure, what will it be like after? I don't share the general enthusiasm in Timur's comments.

I had some tests done at the lab, and the service was excellent. The results arrived by email quickly and in Russian, just as I requested. There's a playroom for children, which is very convenient!

A very convenient service: a nurse comes to your home to donate blood, and I used it completely free of charge! The nurse was pleasant, the results came back quickly, and I'm very pleased with the clinic's service. I'll recommend it to my friends 👍

I arrived at 9:30, the clinic was closed, the phone wasn't working, so I went to another clinic.

The best clinic in Batumi. We had a long list of tests done, and the results were sent quickly, along with a discount. We also had two chest and abdominal ultrasounds, as well as a mammogram. The doctors examined everything very carefully and explained everything in detail. The reports were given in Russian. Special thanks to Dr. Temur, a mammologist, for his professionalism, and to Anna, who provided prompt and courteous consultations and was always available. The staff at this clinic are super qualified and polite! And the prices are reasonable, lower than others.

There were no problems with the staff, the doctor also explained and told everything, and everyone was polite both on the phone and at the reception

We made an appointment for an ultrasound, arrived on time, and the doctor wasn't there. Luckily, I wasn't too late. At reception, they assured us they'd give us the report in English. We specifically asked, because there was no one to read the Georgian report, and guess what, they gave us everything in Georgian... there were tons of people, it was a complete mess. It's best not to get any tests done here; they charged over 500 lari for the insulin tests and then left, waving their hand.

They can't answer questions over the phone, and they won't send PCR results by email. They hang up.

There's a ton of people in line, and no one at reception. It's my first time here, and I don't know who to ask. The doctors and nurses are just walking back and forth in silence. I've been waiting for half an hour already.
