I went for an ultrasound, after which I learned I had a problem that needed to be addressed with medication! At the clinic, they prescribed me some pills and told me to stay in touch with the doctor. They wrote down the phone number and other information for me on paper. When I had questions about my condition, I called and texted the doctor, who still hasn't read my messages! I dealt with my questions and the condition after the pills on my own. When a routine ultrasound was scheduled, I went for a checkup. At first, they told me I'd pay 70 lari for it. But I explained that I'd already been to this clinic and was told the ultrasound would be free on the third day if I came. But I physically couldn't come on the third day, so I called and wrote to the doctor to tell him how I was feeling, but no one responded, as I already wrote above. And for the follow-up ultrasound, they charged us 50 lari instead of 70. Even though it should have been free. My previous visit wasn't found in the database. Complete chaos all around, no one knows anything. The clinic didn't even have shoe covers when we arrived. The doctor who prescribed the pills didn't recognize me at first, and when she did, she was standing with another doctor, whispering, looking at me, and didn't even approach me. The pills they gave me to take home were opened. (1 pc) My friend (because I couldn't come) went there and they exchanged it for another one... but they gave me the wrong one! It's a good thing I looked and didn't take it! I didn't have the strength to go back to them anymore. I came with my husband; he only needed one visit to see the whole picture and the incompetence. Their indifference and negligent attitude towards patients! I sincerely do not recommend this clinic.

I've been to many clinics in Batumi, but the Farmalia clinic is one of the best. I had a very good impression. The entire reception staff and the doctor administering the vaccinations were very friendly. Pediatrician Nina Filippovich is an attentive and competent doctor. I recommend her with confidence.

I've been going to the clinic for two years now. I love everything. The receptionists are always polite and happy to help. Dr. Nina Filipovich is simply the best in Batumi. The appointments are so thorough, the instructions are always clear, and there's nothing unnecessary. Thanks to this approach, I always feel calm and confident about my child's health and my own. And another bonus is that the clinic has expanded, the address has changed, and it's now located close to home.

Great clinic. We went for a checkup and a vaccination! The reception staff explained everything, the doctors were helpful, and overall, I highly recommend it.

I went for an ultrasound and to the gynecologist, everyone was very friendly, the doctors were extremely professional 👍 I warned them right away that it would be after the surgery, and if it hurt, I'd let them know, but everything was done carefully and without discomfort. The doctor showed me where the stitches were healing, she's a very gentle person 👌 and I recommend the gynecologist Elena S. to everyone. P.S. Minus a star for the long lines.

After all the other doctors, we now only go to Inga Koplatadze. All appointments are on point, a thorough examination, and follow-up care. The children have been very welcoming; I don't even have to reinvent the wheel to get an examination.

We encountered rude treatment, attempts to restrain our child by force during simple procedures and vaccinations (even though our little one never cried or resisted vaccinations; going to the doctor is always a joy), and zero empathy for our child during the appointment; they treated her like an object. The doctor tried to refuse to include the vaccination record on the vaccination certificate, rolling her eyes, etc. In the end, they did include it, but didn't include all the vaccine information, and they did put stamps on all the pages, not just their own vaccine. And all this for a paid vaccination of 450 lari. Given this attitude, we decided we wouldn't go there again.

We called the on-call doctor, Inga, who misdiagnosed the child. It was okay for her, but when the baby cried, she yelled at the parents, "Did you clean it with a cotton swab?" "Yeah, we're too dumb to clean inside." The doctor herself seemed incompetent and rude. Ultimately, I'm grateful to Dr. Alexander Nerushai for examining her and prescribing treatment.

{'original': 'I experienced rude and unethical treatment during a gynecological examination at this clinic. I want to share my experience so that other patients can know what to expect.\n\nI had an appointment with Elena, a gynecologist I had seen before, whose work I was completely satisfied with, who conducted the appointment correctly and sent me for an ultrasound. However, during the ultrasound, another doctor entered the room, did not introduce herself, and did not ask my permission to be present. I felt uncomfortable, but I said nothing. Later, when I was already in the gynecological chair, this doctor came in again. Elena warned me she was "interested in seeing" my case, and I agreed, thinking she'd just be observing. But without my consent, this doctor put on gloves and began examining me, roughly squeezing the growth. Ignoring my request to be gentle, she used a speculum without warning, even though I'd explicitly stated I didn't want one. She ignored my words and simply silently inserted the speculum. I cried out in pain, and she merely clicked her tongue in irritation. The entire examination, the doctor commented on the growth, discussing it with another doctor as if I wasn't in the room. After the examination, I felt devastated and humiliated. A few hours later, I realized my boundaries had been completely ignored, and the way I was treated felt less like a patient and more like a teaching exhibit or an animal. Important: I have no complaints about Dr. Elena—on the contrary, I felt like she wasn't expecting this situation and felt uneasy. But this clinic allows its doctors to ignore patients' consent and use force during examinations, which is completely unacceptable. I hope this review helps someone avoid a similar experience. And I hope in the future, women are treated with respect, not as silent objects.
