I've been going to master Juliette for several months now, and I'm very grateful to her! I had serious problems with my toenails — deformation, ingrowth, pain. During the consultation, the doctor explained everything clearly and intelligibly, answered many of my questions politely and correctly, and within 10 minutes made me insoles from high-quality durable material. I also really want to mention the chiropractor, rehabilitologist Giorgiy. After making the insoles, I was recommended a therapeutic massage. I also had some problems with my arm from heavy physical activity. And I signed up for a course of therapeutic massages. Giorgiy is a friendly and very competent specialist with extensive experience behind him. Chiropractor Giorgiy massages not only superficially, but also goes as deep as possible into the muscles and bodily tissues, to fully work out every muscle, every cartilage and nerve. And he never ceases to improve: he is engaged in additional training and gaining knowledge in his field in any free time. Giorgiy has a separate office at the ORTOMED clinic, which is clean, warm and cozy, everything meets hygienic standards. This course of therapeutic massage helped me a lot - my muscles became soft and elastic, and I feel great! The clinic is equipped with new, good equipment. Everywhere is clean and hygiene is at a high level. At the reception you are greeted warmly. Friendly and cozy atmosphere. Each person on the staff is a professional in their field! This is my second time getting insoles for my hallux valgus at this orthopedic salon, and I'm very happy with them. The insoles are long-lasting, comfortable, and make my life much easier. I highly recommend them!

I saw on Instagram that the salon had a medical pedicure specialist. I went for an appointment and immediately realized it wasn't a medical pedicure, just an aesthetic pedicure. Medical pedicures are performed by a doctor – a podiatrist. Juliette, unfortunately, is not a doctor. I also didn't like that no one greeted me at reception, and I sat downstairs for a while simply because the salon was empty (it was my first visit), then the receptionist came down. When my appointment time came, she said I could go upstairs. They could have shown me, because this was my first time here, and I had no idea where to go. There were several rooms upstairs, so I poked around and found the one I needed. The room was 2x5 meters. I was really annoyed when, during my procedure, the insole specialist came in and asked if my technician could see a girl "quickly" (remember, I was sitting in the chair getting a pedicure at the time). The girl came in and started telling me about her calluses, while I was sitting right there with mine. Who needs that? I sat there listening to other people's calluses and problems; she probably didn't like sharing her own problems in front of me either. After my appointment, Juliette said I didn't need to see any doctors, she'd tell me everything herself, and told me to wash my nails with laundry soap and alternate between hydrogen peroxide and vinegar... The appointment at the time cost 50 lari; I'd rather have gone to a long-term specialist for the same price. The pedicure itself was fine, but don't advertise it as a medical pedicure when your technician isn't a doctor.

We had a consultation today with our 10-month-old. Dr. Ilkhom provided excellent advice, gave detailed recommendations, and helped us choose the right shoes for our child. A huge thank you to all the staff I spoke with today! I wish you prosperity!
