Three years ago, I came from Ukraine because the war had started there. And, of course, due to nerves, my teeth, eyes, and spine were ruined. I've been here since 1946, so you can imagine how I felt. I went to see Dr. Natia. It was such a surprise for me! Starting with the receptionist, Kamila greeted me very kindly. Natia put in a denture for my lower jaw, and I didn't even feel any discomfort; everything was just great! But now I've started having problems with my upper jaw. I had unhealthy teeth removed—Dr. Vako did the removal! God bless him! I wish him and his family health for his golden hands! And in general, the atmosphere and communication are so pleasant. Fear immediately goes away. The reception area is cozy, there are flowers everywhere, fruit in vases, drinking water, and air conditioning! I wish this clinic many, many years of prosperity. The best dental clinic in Batumi. I've been going there since 2019. I got braces and implants, and had dental treatment. My fear of dentists has completely disappeared. Now I take my daughter there too. Even my daughter enjoys going there. The doctors are professionals. They undergo ongoing training and treat their patients with care and compassion. I highly recommend them.

Не знаю откуда столько негативных отзывов , мне удаляли нерв и 7ерке все сделали с большой заботой о клиентах мне даже анастезию делали под анастезией. Персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Записался удалять зуб мудрости посмотрим как сделают.

I visited Dr. Tamar and Vako at the clinic. Dr. Vako extracted my teeth and everything went great. It's been two weeks now and my gums are almost healed, so I'm happy. Dr. Tamar gave me a cleaning and also helped and gave advice throughout the entire process after the extraction, for which I'm very grateful. P.S. The cleaning is really quick, taking about 15 minutes. At first, I even thought they didn't clean everything thoroughly. I went back, but Dr. Tamar showed me that all my teeth were clean, without any plaque or tartar. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially for fidgets like me! 😅

Excellent clinic. Customer-focused staff. My husband underwent prosthetic surgery at this clinic in 2022. The quality of the prosthetics is excellent, as confirmed by specialists in Russia. Years go by, and nothing changes: the orthodontist still didn't show up for work, and the appointment wasn't cancelled. I went to the clinic on a recommendation. At the first (paid) consultation, the orthodontist said I needed a consultation with a gnathologist for 30 or 40 lari (I don't remember exactly). They scheduled a general consultation a week later. On the day of the consultation, it turned out the orthodontist was on sick leave. They didn't cancel the appointment, and I paid 50 lari just so the gnathologist could tell me I needed a consultation with the orthodontist. We rescheduled an appointment with the orthodontist a week later, but she never showed. They said they'd call and schedule it when they got back. But they never called.

The Airflow cleaning cost 150 lari and took 5 minutes. It would have been nice if it had been done well, but my gums bled (even though my gums are perfectly healthy). Overall, I don't recommend it; it's sloppy work.
