When we were scheduled for tests at 9:30 a.m., she couldn't find a vein to draw blood at 10:30 a.m., despite nine attempts to fool around. We started calling the doctor, but he rejected calls from strangers. The lab technician, who also happens to be a cleaner, refused to call him, afraid she'd fire me. The next day, the results were sent electronically, we never saw the doctor, he never responded, and they did a pittance of tests for 300 lari. We still don't understand how they operate or who's behind them. The space is 5-6 square meters. We're terribly unhappy, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
