The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and appointments were by appointment—everything was conveniently organized.

Dr. Maya is absolutely wonderful! We visited her with our one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. It was her first visit to the dentist. We didn't want to show our teeth, but we got to ride in the chair, blow up a balloon out of a glove (sorry, a rooster, it later got eyes and a mouth), drank from the drill's nozzle, and blew on the breeze. We looked at a dental implant. Overall, we had a great time! I'm sure our child will happily visit Maya many more times.

I was there on March 12. The cleaning was done in 25 minutes. I think this review is over. It's a complete assembly line. I sympathize with anyone who came to them with a serious problem. They have 30 minutes per patient—they need to get it done. They pretended the problem was solved, so what?

I needed a tooth filled, and everything went great and looked very professional. By comparison, the experience at Dental Art on Lermontov Street was worse, so it's better to wait and then make an appointment here.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to see Lolita, the orthodontist. She's completely irresponsible. I'd already had my teeth x-rayed and molded, and after the molding, Lolita personally scheduled me for braces. I waited a week and then went to my appointment. I took time off work to come. And then they told me it wouldn't be possible today. It turns out she'd scheduled me incorrectly—not for installation, but for a consultation. I ask how that happened, and Lolita tells me she didn't schedule me. But I distinctly remember her scheduling me. The receptionist wasn't there at the time. Then Lolita asks me what kind of braces I want? I'm shocked! We discussed this with her during the consultation! She ignored what was probably the most important thing. Shouldn't the doctor have prepared for this week? Created a treatment plan, looked at my x-rays, and prepared the braces themselves, and she's only just decided to find out what kind of braces I want. So, if she'd booked my appointment correctly, she would have just gotten the braces put on without any preparation. So, I have a question. Why did you ask me for a picture and why did we take an impression? If you can just skip the preparation and just put the braces on? That's just absolute indifference! How could you book an appointment for braces without even considering the time it would take, and how much longer it would take than a consultation? She didn't apologize or even acknowledge her mistake, she kept repeating that it wasn't her appointment. It all seemed like a complete disregard for me and my time. If she'd cared at all, she could have at least apologized, but all I could see was that she didn't care.

The service was very attentive. The doctor did everything professionally, using modern materials and technology. You can't feel the fillings; everything fits and polishes perfectly. There is good service in Georgia after all! We'll see how long the fillings last.

I accidentally stopped in to have a sharp arch filed. The girls were so sweet, they understood my situation and put me out of my misery. I think if they're so attentive to other people's patients, they're even more so to their own.
