Very nice place, reception is helping, explaining things and even suggesting if needed, in russian language. I don’t know why ratings are so bad, but this lab is prime, as well as in Kutaisi, same lab chain.

I recommend this laboratory. The staff is excellent, the environment is calm, and they are true professionals in their field.

I don’t know why there is such negativity towards the clinic. I went to get tests done. They work at a normal pace for Georgia. With care and purpose. They explain everything down to the smallest details. The queue is indeed large (like in most laboratories), but I wouldn’t say it moves slowly. They do rare tests. Quite quickly and inexpensively. Very responsive staff. When I asked, "What language can I speak in?" they replied, "In whichever is more convenient." A special "Thank you for such luxury". Tests are provided in two languages, packed in a separate envelope.

Now I only go here with my child! She didn't make a peep! (2 years, 8 months) A cartoon and a pretty band-aid as a bonus:)

Quick and affordable tests. The administrator speaks English. There are no steps at the entrance to the center, so you can easily get in with a stroller.

They saved my nervous system when they sent the correct test results (mistakenly determined at the medical center on Pushkin) even earlier than promised. Polite, careful service, but the prices seemed a bit high.
