I want to leave an extremely negative review about the receptionist. I encountered clear rudeness and disrespectful behavior towards patients. They respond to regular questions with irritation, interrupt in conversation, and speak in a rude tone.

Terrible receptionist!! Where they print receipts... The young lady is rude and impolite. I came back in tears because of that tactless woman, a pregnant girl, and if something like this happens again, I will make sure to address it where necessary!! 6 times COVID and 6 times someone is arguing, including me.

Terrible hospital. Mercantilism is above the health of children! The doctors do not explain the treatment situation, but refer to the phrase "It has to be done according to the protocol!" They didn't want to discharge us on a refusal, just to keep us in the hospital for a second day so that we would pay three times more!!! Moreover, we paid 160 lari at registration, then we had to pay about 750 lari for a day in the intensive care unit (thankfully they warned us that it was paid), and no one even mentioned the paid ward after the intensive care unit!!!! How is that?? When I raised this issue during discharge, the manager accused me that we should have asked everything ourselves, since we came to them, not they to us!! So excuse me, I constantly asked about the possible total amount so that I could go home for money in advance, and the entire staff answered me the same old phrase "You will find out the total amount upon discharge"!!! For one day in the hospital, they charged us 280 lari, which includes 75 lari for the room (the room is in terrible condition), some tests (which they took from us, but we did not receive the results because their machine broke down), and they refused to deduct this from the bill, referring to "This is a package of services! Nothing can be deducted from here!" In short: terrible hospital, and even for a private one!!!! I do not recommend anyone to go there!!! Complete lawlessness!!! We were discharged on June 15, no one gave us a discharge with recommendations for home treatment, they said to come on June 16. I came today, and today no one gave me a discharge, they said it is not even ready at the level of intensive care, they said to come tomorrow. How is that?!?!! And tomorrow will you tell me to come the day after tomorrow?!?! P.S. And yes, we ended up there by ambulance. So if God forbid you go to the hospital by ambulance, ask which one they are taking you to!!!!

The worst thing that could have happened to us!!!! The chief doctor of the children's department blatantly lies about the child's health just to keep us there longer and make us spend money! Disgusting!!!!! We paid 1,800 lari for a day in the hospital and 337 lari for the initial consultation. Ridiculously high prices, but whatever, they did absolutely nothing to help the child. They just shoved a suspension for the fever into the child's mouth, and he spat it all out, by the way, the temperature was 40.3, and they said they couldn't bring it down. But no one there cares at all. The cleaners have no boundaries, they are inadequate, angry women who yell at you for not placing your things correctly in the room, for crumbs, for trash, or if you spilled water. They shout, they curse??????? What kind of attitude is this?????? And the chief doctor of the department is just the last straw. She told me that the child has a red throat with pus, and judging by his condition, he urgently needs antibiotics, stay here, you can't leave. We got home, I called a doctor from Silk Medical, and our pediatrician looked and listened - she said the throat, nose, and ears are absolutely clean. She even let me look so I wouldn't worry. How can the CHIEF DOCTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT LIE ABOUT THE CHILD'S HEALTH???????????????????? Only the reception area and the on-duty doctor at night were caring and friendly. The rest were just like a pack of angry dogs.

Dirt, negligence, chaos... Can anything be in order in this hospital?! No, you won't find anything like that here... Yes, they will issue you a receipt very quickly without waiting 😀 4 days of hell, and I mean it... Why do you hate people so much 😞

The prices are astronomical, seemingly pulled out of nowhere, the service leaves much to be desired, the staff is rude, and there is no internet for 950 lari. What is this nonsense...

Amazing care.

The hospital is of decent standard. The staff speaks either Russian or Georgian. Only the young, dark-haired manager from the 3rd floor speaks English. They are far from the European Union. We paid almost 2000 Lari for an 8-day stay. The child was cured. I recommend the hospital restaurant, it's cheap and the food is good.

We were advised two doctors from the center, and it’s logical that it’s impossible to talk to both at the same time. We first spoke with one doctor, and when we went to the next, David, he immediately said that he wouldn’t be delivering the baby and that "this isn’t how it’s done" because we had already spoken with another doctor. It’s an interesting logic, of course... You start to doubt his mental and professional abilities. David creates an unfriendly and negative atmosphere, and the bad rating is ONLY because of him.

They operate using "gray" schemes. Surgeon David Mikelaishvili treated a child with a brow laceration. He didn't put in staples or stitch it up. They just stuck a cheap bandage on the cut and asked to transfer 100 lari to a card. I categorically do not recommend. It's a scam and extortion of money.
