We were passing through Batumi and had a severe toothache that was sensitive to cold. We managed to get the tooth treated and a professional cleaning (I hadn't had one in a while). I was very pleased with the cleaning results, and the cleaning took about an hour, while at another clinic they used to do it in 15 minutes and didn't do a good job. I definitely recommend it to anyone passing through or living in Batumi.

This is literally my best dental experience. Painless, high-quality, and fast. The service and patient care are top-notch, and the doctors are very tactful and professional. I highly recommend this clinic. I highly rate everything: from the reception to the new equipment. This is a case where 5 stars are absolutely deserved and not just praise for good service.

Firstly, I wasn't given a list of the clinic's services or their prices! I wasn't given any information at all about where I could learn about the clinic's offerings? Website! Instagram! Brochure... Secondly, when I asked to see a doctor and get started right away, I was asked to pay 120 lari. So, it turns out I have to pay 120 lari just to be told what the clinic can do. But what if the clinic can't do it, then what do I need? What if I don't like something else? Anything! Sterility! Service, price, maybe a long wait... why should I pay such a huge amount for what the clinic can do, even if I'm told it can't be done? Okay, maybe not so bad. The average cost of a doctor's visit and treatment (and the second visit is free) is 60 lari. ‼️‼️‼️ Third, after asking all the questions, they quickly switched me to another client, as if I wasn't the one they needed to discuss, explain, and offer everything to. Even though I'd previously communicated that my dental needs were very high. I needed a full restoration and treatment! That means extensive, expensive work! But I'd like to know exactly what kind of restoration the clinic offers! And it turns out I have to pay 120 lari for information about the clinic's services. And why is a client who doesn't ask questions, but rather agrees to everything like a bunny, more important than one who asks relevant questions and is asked to wait, which turns out to be quite a long time. So, I got ready and left. ‼️‼️‼️

My husband and I have been going to Minimum Dentistry for three years now, and we trust Irina, the dentist. We get professional oral hygiene treatments every six months. At Minimum, they clean your teeth so thoroughly that they're truly clean! After cleaning, my teeth are at least two shades lighter, just like after a whitening treatment. We also had cavities treated, and the work was done efficiently and as painlessly as possible. The clinic uses only high-quality materials and adheres to all aseptic safety rules! The clinic itself is very beautiful and spacious, and you'll be offered coffee or tea while you wait for your appointment. The prices at Minimum are absolutely justified by the quality of the procedures performed. Irina is a professional, a high-quality specialist, and a perfectionist. She strives to do everything perfectly. 🤍

I was pleasantly surprised to find such service and quality of treatment in Batumi. I've been to several clinics and had both positive and negative experiences, but Minimum sets the bar high. The doctors are wonderful, provide detailed consultations, create clear and comprehensive treatment plans, can provide emergency assistance, monitor results, and help maintain them for years to come. I recommend this dental clinic if you want high-quality treatment and don't want to have to redo everything several times.

However, the clinic itself left an extremely negative impression due to its payment approach. During the appointment, the doctor decided it was too early to have a cleaning and recommended rescheduling it for another month. No pictures, photo reports, or a full consultation were provided, only a discussion of the plaque and the advice to "re-schedule." For this, they charged me 115 lari, as if it were an "examination." Essentially, I paid half the cost of the cleaning itself for a 15-20 minute conversation that didn't provide any new information. My request to credit this amount to my next visit was denied. In the clinics in St. Petersburg and other cities where I regularly visit, such situations are handled with leniency and in the client's best interests. Here, I encountered a situation where service and customer focus are advertised, but absent in practice. I consider it unacceptable to charge a patient 115 lari just for recommending a rescheduled appointment. This approach suggests that the clinic prioritizes one-time revenue over long-term patient relationships.

Cleanliness, state-of-the-art equipment, and patient communication—everything is top-notch. Dr. Andrey, a surgeon, removed four wisdom teeth at once very quickly and painlessly. Dr. Irina is simply wonderful! She's very polite, meticulous, and professional. I recommend the Minimum clinic.
