For the first time in all this time, I received a truly professional and comprehensive examination. After conducting special tests, it turned out that the chronic strain in my lower back was related to the presence of diastasis — something that no one had paid attention to before, as during doctor visits, in most cases, they didn't even ask me to take off my shirt. After the third session, they wrapped my left leg in a bandage (they told me to keep it on for three days). The next day, my leg was swollen and severely swollen.
