Amazing experience. I saw two doctors, both of whom were excellent.

I was undergoing a procedure on my face, and the laser therapist did not take my words into account - as a result, I left with burns on my face. I have very sensitive skin, and I always warned them not to use high beams on me, but of course, my 'incompetent' opinion was not liked by the therapist, and they did not listen to me. I still have scars on my face from that burn.

They scammed my friend, made him pay 300 Gel instead of 150 and burned him. Do not recommend, stay away from this place.

Without informing me beforehand, they DOUBLED the price I always paid, charging me ₾300 for a service that had consistently cost ₾150. (Mind you that no price for a service has changed) No warning. No consent. Just a smug “We used more lasers” excuse afterward — as if that somehow made it acceptable to rob a client. And DOUBLE the fee. They treated me like a naive tourist they thought they could scam. Shameful. This is not just unethical — it’s borderline illegal. No respectable business operates this way. If they could do this to a regular client, imagine what they will do to someone new, vulnerable, and unaware of local norms. I tried communicating and getting refund or a compensation but all they did was that they had lazer therapist call me and bullshit about random matters. Tourists and locals BEWARE: You are not safe here. Protect your wallet, your dignity, and your trust — take your business somewhere that respects you. This place lost not just a client today, but every future one I can And for sure will be taking some sort of legal action whenever I get appropriate time.

This place has lost not only a customer today, but also all future ones I can. And I will certainly take some legal action when the time is right.
