I went with my daughter for a teeth cleaning. It seems like it should be simple, right? But from the very first movements of the dentist, I felt carelessness and negligence; it was painful in places because the gums were being hit. It felt like she was in a hurry; the cleaning lasted only 15 minutes! She missed a spot where there were still tartar, probably thinking I wouldn't notice. My daughter couldn't eat at all that day; she scratched her lips on the inside. And they charged us 360 lari for both! We are extremely dissatisfied with this dental clinic and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

I visited this clinic on October 31st to get a retainer on my lower jaw. Everything seemed fine at first, but then it all went wrong. They filled so much material that my jaw wouldn't close properly. I asked for the same treatment as my upper jaw, but my requests and wishes were ignored, with the explanation that it was better this way, more reliable, and that the previous dentist's work would fall out, even though I've been going there for years and it's still intact. They sealed my teeth with their reliable fillings so tightly that it's impossible to clean the spaces between them. They simply "glued" all my teeth together, saying that cleanings every six months are the only way to achieve this. Apparently, they think people with orthodontic appliances don't brush their teeth, but only have dental hygiene appointments every six months and walk around with rotten, but straight, teeth. The doctor only put on a cap after her hair had been in my mouth. They touched every surface with gloves first, and then they went into my mouth. They hit cotton wool with the drill, sending it flying all over my mouth and throat, hitting other teeth, accidentally filing down my canines, which can't be restored. I was completely dissatisfied with their work. In tears and shock, I asked them to put everything back the way it was, to relieve this excruciating discomfort, but the woman started yelling at me that they wouldn't remove anything until I paid. I ended up paying, and they didn't remove this horrible thing, but fortunately, their super-reliable work fell off that same evening, and I didn't have to suffer for long. I seriously doubt the procedure was performed by an orthodontist. Does anyone in this clinic even have a medical degree, or even a college degree? I didn't get my money back.

The worset Dental 🦷 clinic I’ve ever visited, the doctor is unprofessional, they are not clean, they don’t even cover your hair while they are working, they don’t clean teeth 🦷 good, I don’t recommend it at all.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the J-Smile clinic. The clinic has a pleasant, calm atmosphere, the staff is polite, and everything is clean and comfortable. Dr. Rusudan performed a thorough examination, explained the treatment plan in detail, and dispelled all my fears. This was important to me, as I've had some disappointing dental experiences in the past. I had a root canal (nerve removal), cavities treated, and a professional cleaning. Everything was comfortable and painless. Another plus is the clinic's convenient location. I highly recommend it!
