I visited this clinic on October 31st to get a retainer on my lower jaw. Everything seemed fine at first, but then it all went wrong. They filled so much material that my jaw wouldn't close properly. I asked for the same treatment as my upper jaw, but my requests and wishes were ignored, with the explanation that it was better this way, more reliable, and that the previous dentist's work would fall out, even though I've been going there for years and it's still intact. They sealed my teeth with their reliable fillings so tightly that it's impossible to clean the spaces between them. They simply "glued" all my teeth together, saying that cleanings every six months are the only way to achieve this. Apparently, they think people with orthodontic appliances don't brush their teeth, but only have dental hygiene appointments every six months and walk around with rotten, but straight, teeth. The doctor only put on a cap after her hair had been in my mouth. They touched every surface with gloves first, and then they went into my mouth. They hit cotton wool with the drill, sending it flying all over my mouth and throat, hitting other teeth, accidentally filing down my canines, which can't be restored. I was completely dissatisfied with their work. In tears and shock, I asked them to put everything back the way it was, to relieve this excruciating discomfort, but the woman started yelling at me that they wouldn't remove anything until I paid. I ended up paying, and they didn't remove this horrible thing, but fortunately, their super-reliable work fell off that same evening, and I didn't have to suffer for long. I seriously doubt the procedure was performed by an orthodontist. Does anyone in this clinic even have a medical degree, or even a college degree? I didn't get my money back.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the J-Smile clinic. The clinic has a pleasant, calm atmosphere, the staff is polite, and everything is clean and comfortable. Dr. Rusudan performed a thorough examination, explained the treatment plan in detail, and dispelled all my fears. This was important to me, as I've had some disappointing dental experiences in the past. I had a root canal (nerve removal), cavities treated, and a professional cleaning. Everything was comfortable and painless. Another plus is the clinic's convenient location. I highly recommend it!

I made a mistake. I chose this clinic because it was my insurance provider. I assumed they could handle a simple cleaning and filling of superficial caries. After all, no treatment was required; there was no pain, sensitivity, or discomfort. It all started with a verbal assessment of my teeth, saying they were in terrible condition and that 15 teeth would need to be opened... I was a little nervous, having never heard such things from other doctors before, but I decided to at least start with a cleaning. For some reason, I had a cleaning done in two days. I felt like Dr. Tamta was running late. She did half my mouth and opened three upper teeth, simply applying a temporary filling... that's it. She said that's just the way she works; I should go with a temporary filling. The next day, I asked her to close my teeth immediately if I had to open them. I had three more done. It turns out I have 6-5-4 on both sides. And then the most unpleasant thing happened. In the morning, I had extreme sensitivity to hot and cold, and by evening, throbbing and pain. At the clinic, they said this happens, I should wait and just take Nimesil... After that, the pain increased, and on the third day, I went to another clinic, where the doctor immediately sent me for a 3D scan. A day later, he opened three teeth and redid the fillings. As it turned out, the decay underneath them hadn't been cleaned out, the filling hadn't sealed well, and the tooth had been overheated... hence all the unpleasant consequences. I asked at the new clinic if anything needed to be treated... And they told me no, and those six teeth didn't need to be opened, just observed... I was speechless. All in all, I paid in pain, stress, and money. The insurance company refused to reimburse me for treatment at a third-party clinic, refusing to admit fault or the lack of competence of their providers. I also had to cancel my insurance.

My teeth weren't cleaned thoroughly, leaving stains. The dentist pretended not to notice when I pointed it out. The service was average.

Horrible clinic!!! Avoid! We were planning on getting a cleaning with anesthesia. They did it in 10 minutes, and didn't do any fluoride treatment, even though I asked. Now my teeth are incredibly sensitive, even after a couple of weeks they still react to everything. And the tartar on the inside of my teeth wasn't cleaned properly. Instead, they started pushing this gel they sell, claiming it will help with plaque. When I asked what it was, they couldn't even give me a clear answer. I've had dental treatment without anesthesia my whole life, and this cleaning wasn't just unpleasant, it was downright painful. For the first time, I started to be afraid of dentists. (((And then, at the end, the doctor started telling me I had a lot of cavities that needed to be treated and all the old fillings replaced. Like they could do it all. Even though the fillings were at most 2-3 years old, and all the cavities had been treated. And my dentist always said I wasn't a good patient—with my acidity, cavities almost never develop—I've had one filling since childhood, and two recent ones—purely for aesthetics (we've been monitoring the cavities for 10 years, and it hasn't even progressed from a small black spot in that time. The filling was purely for aesthetics; I want my front teeth to look flawless). A complete rip-off and a complete lack of professionalism!!!

The retainer fell off a few days after installation. I'm going to have it redone and see what they say. P.S. I'm on my way home from their place now, and the retainer has already hung up and is back. I also asked about the crookedness in two teeth, and she said it was cavities. I asked why they didn't tell me I had cavities during the previous three visits. She apologized and said it was a lot of work.

They did a dental procedure on my top tooth, tooth 2, and damaged the enamel on tooth 3. I don't recommend Dr. Tamta. He's a sloppy doctor and doesn't admit to his mistakes. I didn't hear any apologies, and they put a filling on the damaged tooth, tooth 3, which fell off on the third day.
