I came pregnant for ultrasound. I had an appointment at 14:00. There was no queue, but the doctor went to eat at 14:00, then she started checking her hair and fixing it, and the time was 14:10. I went back to the registration and asked to give money back, and the doctor heard it and said to enter the room, but it was already late. The service is bad.

I came here then I was sick. I had pinched nerve in my neck, caused pain throughout my left arm. Rehabilitation specialist refused to treat me and suggested contacting neurologist Shorena. On the appointed day was smooth not all because there was an insignificant issue with queue. Shorena speaks Russian well, as does her assistant, so I could ask any questions and get answers. She prescribed treatment for me and explained the 2-week treatment plan. Unfortunately a follow-up appointment cost the same money if it takes place more than 10 days later. Despite the strange terms of medical center, I was satisfied with the treatment. They say that Shorena is the best neurologist in Batumi. Thanks heaps Shorena.

Can't the clinic organize the reception of registered patients in such a way that it doesn't cause us such anger and disappointment? It must be unpleasant for you to communicate with angry patients too, right? You have a wonderful doctor (Shorena Kunchulia), but this disorganized process discourages patients from wanting to visit your clinic.

I took an allergy test for the dentist. Everything was done very quickly (it took about half an hour), the cost was 35 lari. You should NOT take the test on an empty stomach. They're open from 9:00 AM on weekdays and closed on weekends. By 8:30 AM, there were already a lot of people there, but they were for other procedures.

We had my 6.5-year-old daughter tested for allergies. The staff was polite and friendly. The nurse was very patient (my daughter was crying and scared) and very thorough. Thank you!

Terrible service. I had to wait two hours for an ultrasound scan, even though my number was 414, and the chart already showed 412.

It's just awful. I stood in line for an ultrasound from 1:30 until 5:00. They assured me I'd definitely get through, and then at the end of the day, a man with a number later than mine walked in before me. I waited in line for so many hours with severe stomach pain, only for the receptionist to throw up her hands and say there was nothing she could do. It was absolutely fantastic, thank you so much!!!

A 5-year-old child had an allergy test done for an anesthetic used at the dentist. The procedure was quick and efficient. The doctor talked to the child first, explained everything, and administered the medication orally and subcutaneously. The results were available within 30 minutes. Finally, they applied a bandage and drew a butterfly on the child. The child was happy. The total cost was 35 lari.

We visited Dr. Shorena, a neurologist, and we were very satisfied. She is a very friendly doctor, made the right diagnosis, and speaks Russian well, which means a lot for tourists.
