I took an allergy test for the dentist. Everything was done very quickly (it took about half an hour), the cost was 35 lari. You should NOT take the test on an empty stomach. They're open from 9:00 AM on weekdays and closed on weekends. By 8:30 AM, there were already a lot of people there, but they were for other procedures.

We had my 6.5-year-old daughter tested for allergies. The staff was polite and friendly. The nurse was very patient (my daughter was crying and scared) and very thorough. Thank you!

Terrible service. I had to wait two hours for an ultrasound scan, even though my number was 414, and the chart already showed 412.

It's just awful. I stood in line for an ultrasound from 1:30 until 5:00. They assured me I'd definitely get through, and then at the end of the day, a man with a number later than mine walked in before me. I waited in line for so many hours with severe stomach pain, only for the receptionist to throw up her hands and say there was nothing she could do. It was absolutely fantastic, thank you so much!!!

A 5-year-old child had an allergy test done for an anesthetic used at the dentist. The procedure was quick and efficient. The doctor talked to the child first, explained everything, and administered the medication orally and subcutaneously. The results were available within 30 minutes. Finally, they applied a bandage and drew a butterfly on the child. The child was happy. The total cost was 35 lari.

Problems with the appointment organization. We arrived with our children at 10:00 AM, and there were six people ahead of us. We entered the office after 1:00 PM!!! For the first hour and a half, the line to our office didn't move at all; the numbers on the sign didn't change, even though the doctor was leaving and other patients were coming in. It was a live queue, although appointments could be scheduled so patients don't have to sit and get infected by other patients. The slow appointments are due to doctors' tendency to be distracted by personal phone calls, talking to patients they know, and pacing back and forth. I can't comment on the quality of medical services, but there are organizational problems.

I've only been here once so far—I had a complete blood count. It cost 15 lari. Overall, I'm happy with everything; the results were ready the next morning. The test was in both Georgian and English. I also found out about the doctors there; an appointment costs 80 lari. But I haven't made an appointment yet.

I visited the ophthalmologist. I made an appointment by phone, showed up at the appointed time, and was quickly processed and sent to the doctor. I liked the doctor's modern equipment. Everything was high-quality, I recommend it :)

The worst service you can find. We stood there for an hour and a half and it wasn't even close to our number. They would have stood there the same amount of time, but the weirdest thing is that people came into the doctor's office without numbers and didn't even stand in line. We went to see a general practitioner.
