It's unclear why it takes so long to get a basic certificate. I wouldn't recommend it to any sailor; there are many other good centers that value your time.

If your child is sick and needs a doctor's note, be prepared to wait in line for over two hours. And during that time, people will be jumping the queue just to ask, acquaintances, and who knows who else. Organizing a baby day obviously requires a lot of brainpower, and hiring more pediatricians isn't exactly a possibility. And the appointment is a paid one, so why bother waiting in line?

My child got sick and I needed a certificate. Be prepared to wait in line for more than 2 hours. During this time, people will cut in line to ask the doctor questions, including acquaintances and who knows who else. It seems like it takes a lot of brains to organize a day for infants, and hiring a few more pediatricians doesn’t seem to be in the cards. And the appointment is paid, so what are we paying for, just to sit in line?

When you get your driver's license certificate, be prepared for the doctor in office 201, a woman with a short haircut, to yell at you in perfect Russian for asking if you speak Russian. All the other doctors are very nice. The certificate costs 50 lari and is issued within 30 minutes.

I didn't like that there's no room for a stroller in the children's clinic. There are no changing tables or comfortable places to undress a child. There's a fee for the appointment, but you're still forced to wait in a general line. In the same line are sick, sneezing children, newborns, and us, who came for vaccinations. The line of four people lasted 40 minutes. The examination was very quick; they literally checked height, weight, and listened to the child's breathing—all in 1.5 minutes. Meanwhile, they were already examining another child. We came here just for the vaccinations. We didn't bother buying a membership card; we have insurance. But I'm not prepared to wait in lines here. If you find somewhere to get vaccinations without waiting in line, please share.

There's practically no waiting list, annual general practitioner coverage + unlimited blood tests = just 80 lari per year. The staff is friendly, not quite doctor-medical, but overall satisfactory.

We had an ultrasound without an appointment, on a first come, first served basis. There was no wait at all. The only downside is that the clinic doesn't have an elevator and there are four floors. It might be difficult for people with limited mobility to climb.
