There are no appointments by appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, be prepared to wait several hours in line. In the treatment room (injections, IVs), almost all the staff are extremely incompetent.

I made an appointment with the doctor for 10:00 AM. I was told I needed to arrive 10 minutes early to register, and I arrived without any problems. The doctor finally arrived on 10:11 AM, chatted pleasantly with the cleaning lady and colleagues until 10:30 AM, and finally came to me at 10:31 AM and said she'd be there soon. So, a 20-minute appointment to get a prescription dragged on for at least an hour. So if you're planning to visit this clinic during your break from work, don't bother—it'll take up the entire day. Choose another clinic. Terribly unprofessional.

We had an internal ultrasound at this clinic. Our appointment was for 3:35 PM, and the doctor was drinking tea in another room and peeking at us through the open door. About 10 minutes later, she deigned to go into her office. For some reason, she started calling other patients instead of us. In the end, we didn't get in until 4:45 PM. We had no questions about the specialist herself; she answered all our questions and explained everything. Both the doctor and the receptionist spoke Russian. We paid 105 lari for the ultrasound; they could have seen us on time...

The doctor was good and spoke excellent Russian, but I was really confused about the appointment: I made an appointment for one time, arrived on time, and was told the doctor would start half an hour later. Half an hour passed, and the doctor didn't show up until 20 minutes later. It's certainly not a pleasant experience to wait an hour for a 10-minute appointment, and then pay for it.

I like the therapists at the clinic, so I'm not giving them any stars, but I encountered an outrageous attitude from the OPHTHALMOLOGIST – Dr. Lika Lomiya. I arrived at the reception desk three minutes late. There was a line at the reception desk, and only one person was working, so it took another 10 minutes. During this time, no one came out of the ophthalmologist's office (directly across from the reception desk, 217). I filled out my appointments and went into the office. There was a doctor and two other women, looking extremely satisfied. They asked me to wait. The wait lasted a whopping 40 minutes!!!! I approached the receptionist, who popped into the office and asked for another 5 minutes. After that, the women left the room. I told the doctor I'd been waiting, but was told, "You're late." Yes, I was late, but I don't want to wait outside the door for 40 minutes while the doctor chats with her friends during her office hours!!! This attitude is simply outrageous, as is the excuse of "two patients came in at once." Apparently, everyone has to send two patients to this doctor at a time. My appointment lasted five minutes. It seems like a simple rule—let the patient go and chat as much as you like, they didn't come to you in the kitchen with requests—but in this office and with these doctors, it's definitely not followed.

I came in with a suspected pneumonia diagnosis from another therapist, expecting a long line for a chest x-ray. I didn't immediately understand where to get an appointment. I used Google Translate, found where to register at the reception desk, and was called in right away. A chest x-ray with a disk costs 75 lari. They spoke Russian, so thank you very much 🙏🏻. There was no line for the x-ray. The results were in hand in 6-7 minutes. They arrived in the mail even faster. Thank you.

I searched for a pulmonologist in Batumi for a long time, and I ended up seeing Nola Katamadze for a pulmonary function test. The service costs 50 lari. The receptionists spoke English and Russian, but the online queue manager was only in Georgian, and there was no one to ask if you didn't understand it. They wrote down my email address incorrectly. The wait wasn't long, about half an hour. The doctor spoke Russian, was cordial, commented on my test results, and gave me some advice. I plan to go there again.

The staff was polite and spoke Russian (for which I'm incredibly grateful!), and there was no line after 1:00 PM. The X-ray was done quickly. Cost: Sinus X-ray 45 GEL, chest X-ray 75 GEL. The X-ray is an additional fee (I didn't take it; the doctor's report was sufficient in my case). I didn't encounter any rudeness. From the receptionist to the final result, there were only good people.

She said she doesn't like working with insurance companies, and if she hadn't confused me with another patient, she wouldn't have seen me today because she's moving to a different office. And anyway, with these insurance companies, you have to fill out paperwork and fiddle around (the report after two visits was handwritten). Next: we take the smear personally to the lab, where it turns out the paperwork was written incorrectly, and I'm going back and forth to get someone to explain it and finally take it. Because my cycle length is abnormal, which I mentioned and shared my entire history for a year and more, the doctor still miscalculated the days and prescribed medications to treat inflammation (which the tests didn't show), anovulation, and possible infertility. I don't recommend her! Although the doctor speaks and writes excellent Russian, she's only good if you blindly trust her. If you can think and research for yourself, or even know your body, this isn't your doctor.
