After this three-hour "treatment", my jaw still wouldn't close. But the doctor said she wasn't going to remove the extra filling ("extra" is her word), and that it was my teeth that were to blame. I clarified that my teeth had been clenching before the appointment. Ultimately, I had to have the filling finished at another clinic. Incidentally, the doctor there completed the "grinding" in less than a minute. I understand that a doctor can be inexperienced and take longer to complete their work. I'm fine with that. But it's not normal to behave unprofessionally, refuse to finish the work they've started, and blame the client for their own failure. Furthermore, during the "treatment," the doctor unexpectedly found a million problems with my teeth, for example, suggesting that I get root fillings on five teeth, claiming I felt pain there, even though I said I had no dental complaints and that I came to replace an old, darkened filling. I won't even mention the non-existent cavities and "wedge-shaped syndrome" in half my mouth.

The doctors are very good; they immediately developed a treatment plan, and the cleaning was done well. Unfortunately, due to the poor receptionist service, I couldn't schedule subsequent appointments. They've been delaying my procedures for a month now, and they don't respond to my messages, simply ignoring me. I tried to come in several times and resolve the issue, but they simply ignored me. The doctors were willing to work, and I was satisfied with them, but the receptionists don't communicate information. Different receptionists work on different days, and they don't communicate with each other. So, every time I explained my request for a wisdom tooth extraction appointment 100 times, the response was "You weren't talking to me, I'll ask and write," and then they disappeared for a week and ignored me on WhatsApp. Terrible service; they simply don't care about their clients; service is 0/10. I won't go there again, even to try to schedule an appointment, because they've simply ignored me for a month, and I can't show up to start treatment.

For two years in a row I have been going exclusively to this clinic, because the service, professionalism and attitude are all 5 stars!

Excellent modern dentistry! Friendly and caring staff. I'm seeing Dr. Lado here with self-ligating braces and am very grateful to him for taking me for follow-up treatment (I had braces put in another country and have been wearing them for almost two years now). Lado is an experienced and professional doctor. At the first appointment, he made an adjustment, assessed how the treatment was going, the results already achieved, and outlined a treatment plan. He recommended removing and installing five new braces, as my teeth had already shifted position and the original braces were no longer working. I'm so happy that I trusted his expertise and we had these braces replaced, as in just a month I saw the results that it took me six months to achieve! I can see I'm getting closer to the end of my treatment and will soon be removing them. I'd also like to mention Dr. Zurab, a general dentist at this clinic. He does a fantastic job of removing tartar with ultrasonic cleaning and airflow. He's very thorough.

Today I had a tartar cleaning and airflow with Zurab. I'm very pleased with the procedure and the results. Zurab is an attentive doctor and a true professional – he thoroughly cleaned my teeth and recommended further care and preventative measures, recommending specific toothbrushes and interdental brushes that would be suitable for me. I've had this procedure regularly in different countries, and I want to say that Zurab does it especially well! I highly recommend it! The clinic is small, modern, clean, and pleasant to be in. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and speaks fluent Russian.
