I’m very satisfied with this clinic. It’s clean, professional, and the staff are very attentive. My doctor is Lika Gogua — she is a true professional. Receiving medical care from her is always comfortable and painless.

I had a cleaning done at this clinic, and it was the worst cleaning of my life. Not only did the whole process take 20 minutes, but all the plaque from the inner sides of my teeth wasn't removed, neither from the upper nor the lower teeth. I don't understand the point of this cleaning. They also cut my tongue and gum on the right side, and for the first couple of days, it was painful to eat and drink. Maybe other doctors take their work more seriously, but I was unlucky with my doctor.

I recently visited the dental clinic 'Dental Lounge' with a friend. At first glance, the clinic makes a very pleasant impression: beautiful interior, cozy atmosphere, polite receptionist. However, while I was waiting in the foyer, I was unpleasantly surprised. All this aesthetic interior — shelves, chairs, decorative items — was covered with a noticeable layer of dust. It felt like cleaning hadn't been done here for quite a while. For a medical institution, especially one of this level, it looks strange and raises questions about cleanliness. My friend was equally surprised: the professional teeth cleaning took only about ten minutes, which also raised doubts about the quality of the service provided. It's a pity that with such beautiful decor, attention to detail, cleanliness, and service quality suffers. I would like the clinic's management to pay attention to this, as it is these little things that build patient trust. Thank you for your understanding and prompt response to my review. However, I regularly visit the dentist and have professional teeth cleaning, and such a procedure takes at least an hour. Only the polishing after cleaning lasts about half an hour, and the patient should not leave with a feeling of roughness on their teeth. No matter what the clinical picture is, the procedure cannot take ten minutes — that's not enough for a quality result. Since Dr. Nina is presented on your page as the most 'hyped' therapist, we decided to sign up with her and start with cleaning. Unfortunately, advertising can sometimes be misleading, which is a pity. I wish you further success and professional development.

We visited the clinic "Dental Lounge" during the last week of January 2026, a dental treatment plan was prepared for us after they received the panoramic photo of the mouth (CT). Ms. Ika, the dentist, performed root canal treatments that were professional and was very sensitive throughout the root canal treatment process. After completing the entire plan, Dr. David took command and performed all the activities for installing zirconia teeth, including measurements, in a very professional manner. In general, all the clinic employees were welcoming and it is clear that the clinic is an expert in the field! My wife and I completed the entire treatment and really feel that we were treated by excellent doctors with a lot of experience. I've been going to this clinic for two years. This clinic is a gem on the map of Batumi! I got all my teeth treated here. Compared to other clinics, the prices are quite reasonable. The doctors are the kindest and most professional! The administrator is wonderful!

I scheduled an appointment with an orthodontist for a full pre-bracket appointment and was planning to get braces at this clinic. I waited over a week for my appointment, arrived on time, and ended up waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes. The receptionist was watching TikToks without headphones, and when I asked when she'd see me, she told me to ask all my questions to the orthodontist. I liked the orthodontist; he's a good doctor, clearly professional and interested in my patient's needs. However, due to the rude receptionist, I won't choose this clinic for treatment, much less for braces. My experience was negative, and I'm not ready to recommend it.

Great dentistry! Friends recommended it. And I'm grateful to them and the doctors there! I knew I had dental problems, so I was prepared for all the criticism I'd heard at other dentists. But! Here they told me they'd take care of everything. The caring and attentive attitude of everyone I met at this clinic inspired and delighted me. After an x-ray and consultation, they created a treatment plan for me. Dr. Lika treated and restored all my teeth. The surgeon performed bone grafting and implant placement. I'm very happy with everything! My husband also had dental treatment there, and my daughter got fillings. As for my daughter, she was ticklish when the doctor placed the filling. So, our whole family had dental treatment there and we were very happy!

I had a nerve removed and a tooth restored after a chip in 2023. I currently have periodontitis—an inflammation of the tissue around the tooth root caused by the nerve canals not being completely sealed. I'm forced to undergo extensive retreatment.

A decent clinic, but only one orthodontist, who was on vacation, recommended another clinic as a replacement, so that's a plus
