The traumatologist didn't see the fracture in the scan. Almost two months of pills, ointments, procedures, and prescribed ultrasounds. When I went elsewhere, they immediately showed me the fracture site in the old scan, which didn't see anything, and a repeat scan confirmed it. Tests that other clinics do in 1-3 days can take up to two weeks here. There's no online queue system; if there are a lot of people outside the office, you have to go and ask around and figure out who's available for what time; they don't call in by appointment. I don't recommend it.

I called three times to clarify information and asked three times how much the ultrasound would cost – they said 70 lari. When I got there, they charged me more than 100. It turned out the 70 was with insurance... My question is, why didn't they tell me this over the phone? I came from far away.

The doctors simply didn't show up for appointments (the traumatologist and the ultrasound specialist). Appointments are by appointment, scheduled for a specific time. You show up, and the office is empty; the receptionists don't even know whether the doctor will be there or not. A star for the Mzevinar Khozrevanidze family – she listens and gives the necessary referrals (to doctors who simply don't show up for work and won't see you).

So far, I've only been once, to see a general practitioner and have some tests done. Overall, everything is fine. The clinic is modern. Some reception staff do have a poor grasp of Russian and English, so I recommend learning the necessary phrases in Georgian beforehand. However, everyone was polite and friendly. I spoke with three different receptionists, and everyone understood each other perfectly. I have no issues with the doctor or staff regarding the procedure and the ECG. Everything is fine 👍 If my experience changes in the future, I'll update my review (assuming I remember).

I quickly made an appointment with my family doctor on the Ardi insurance company website. Google translated everything into Russian. It took two minutes; everything was so clear and simple. Why do some people like the medical center and others don't? Because some go to their appointments with a positive attitude, while others look for a catch in everything.

I don't know if I was lucky, but my first visit to the clinic was a great success. I have Unison insurance. I booked an appointment through the app, and the line at the reception desk took about five minutes. Then I went to see the family doctor. She sees people strictly by last name. A kind young man let me go ahead of him, and the doctor said it wasn't my appointment. I was happy about that. It means they're careful to make sure no one cuts in line. In the end, I explained the situation, and they let me in. The doctor was competent; she prescribed some pills and a referral for an X-ray at a high-tech hospital. There were no problems at all. At the reception, I asked if they preferred speaking English or Russian, and the girl said English. I know Russian, so the communication went well. In front of me, the woman spoke Russian to another patient. It's very convenient that they have specialists who speak several languages. They're great.

It's beautiful, clean, has good, dedicated doctors, and test results are sent via text message—that's about it. I showed up for an ultrasound right on time with a referral. The doctor wasn't there, we waited 30 minutes, and had to leave because I had to see another, more responsible and punctual doctor. They scheduled me for another day. I showed up the next day, and they turned me away because my referral had expired. The receptionists knew about this but said everything was fine. It turned out it wasn't. And then another line to see the general practitioner, a referral, a line at the reception desk, and then an ultrasound. Almost two hours wasted.
