I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this clinic! Every aspect of their care was great. Sophia spoke English beautifully and was incredibly helpful, the Doctor was extremely caring and knowledgeable, and they even came to my house on 2 occasions for follow up visits! I am so very grateful for finding this amazing clinic! Thank you, Concierge!!!

Humble but effective clinic. I whatsapped them on Sunday, and they got me an appointment for Monday 4 pm. Receptionist spoke Russian and English, there were no delays or annoying lines. The clinic itself is not like what you imagine when you use private medicine, not too new or shiny, but this is just Batumi reality, so I think it's pretty decent all things considered. They also arranged for an ultrasound like half an hour after the appointment cause I needed it, the nurse took me to the main hospital and sneaked me in there real fast, no lines! I wasn't expecting this kind of magic. No insurance or anything needed, just passport and a couple hundred lari.

We had a good experience with this clinic. We made the appointment through WhatsApp. Communication was in English. We needed to see an ENT specialist and he was knowledgeable and helpful. The reception staff was also very helpful and friendly. She even translated for us while communicating with the doctor. Would highly recommend.

We came with our sick child and everything was arranged very professionally. A pediatrician was called and arrived in about 10–15 minutes, even though it was late in the evening. The examination was done carefully, the doctor was precise and kind, and the administration staff spoke both English and Russian. After the examination, our child received the necessary care, medicines were applied, everything needed was prescribed, and all the paperwork was handled so professionally that our insurance back in Europe reimbursed everything without hesitation.

Everyone was perfect. We were tourists from Turkey. Because my wife got poisoned, I wanted to search every hospital and I found this medical center. They took great care of my wife and she got better.

I came with my daughter during a vacation for a doctor's checkup, the service we received was excellent. With a smile, patience and a lot of consideration. Thank you very much for everything.
