I made an appointment for a Pap test and a colposcopy. I waited 40 minutes for the doctor, and when they showed me into the office, she started offering other services. The result: wasted time, zero results.

They have a very rude and unprofessional receptionist. First of all, she works from 9:00 AM, and at 9:20 AM she brings in a child for a test (who is hungry and wants to get tested and go home to eat) – these receptionists and lab technicians serve coffee in the kitchen. (Yes, I understand, when a patient isn't home – what a problem). I called her very politely and asked her to register us. To which this disgruntled woman (I don't know her name) ran out, almost screaming: - She's not your family doctor! - She discharged me yesterday, I tell her. - That's what they say, and she's still not here! – she continues to complain. I don't respond, holding back. Finally, she saw everything perfectly and started to sign, but nothing happened. When she finally registered us, she screamed for about five minutes – calling for the lab technician, come on! In short, this isn't the first time something like this has happened. It's a shame that this woman, in particular, behaves the way she does. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the doctors, and that's the only reason I'm not switching clinics. But the first person you meet (say, the one who shows up early in the morning) is so important. This is definitely something to consider...

In short, this is not the first similar case. It’s very sad that this woman behaves like this. I am very satisfied with the other doctors, and that’s the only reason I’m not switching to another clinic. But how important the first person you meet is (especially if you arrive early in the morning). This must be taken into account...

The medical center left a very pleasant impression – polite and warm communication, willingness to help. I had an ultrasound with David Gogoladze – he's an excellent specialist, very attentive, a true professional. He gave excellent recommendations, and I especially appreciate his kind and humane attitude. Thank you very much, I'll definitely come back here if needed.
