They have a very rude, unprofessional female registrar. Her working hours start at 9 AM, and when I brought my child for a test at 9:20 (he himself is hungry and just wants to get the test done and go home to eat) - these registrars and lab technicians are drinking coffee in the kitchen. (Yes, I understand when there are no patients - what’s the problem). I called her very politely, asked her to register us. To which this dissatisfied woman (I don’t know her name) almost yelled, "You don’t have your family doctor!" - "He prescribed yesterday"; - I said, "That’s what they say, and he’s not here yet!" - she continues to respond with nothing, I hold back. Finally, she saw that everything was fine, started the registration, although she hadn’t done anything. Finally, she registered us and then yelled for about 5 minutes, calling the lab technician. In short, this is not the first similar case. It’s very sad that this woman behaves like this. I am very satisfied with the other doctors, and that’s the only reason I’m not switching to another clinic. But how important the first person you meet is (especially if you arrive early in the morning). This must be taken into account...

Dr. Lina is a terrible doctor. I only wasted time with her while getting used to the wrong pills.
