This is my first time at the laboratory. The laboratory itself might be good in terms of quality, but the receptionists create a situation of priority confusion!

The clinic has professional medical staff! Overall, the personnel is very attentive. We only do our tests there as a family. The results come to our email quickly. The prices are cheaper than in most laboratories associated with the clinic. The ultrasound technician is also very good.

I needed to test for antibiotic sensitivity based on the throat swab results. They only did part of the analysis for bacteria, and they didn't do the sensitivity test for the second part, for fungi, nor did they even mention that it was necessary. The doctors are like gods!!!! I came later on the recommendation of another doctor, and they told me that more than 10 days had passed, and they couldn't complete the analysis. I paid 130 lari for this, just threw my money away!!!! Terrible service. The worst in Batumi.
