I've had Botox injections at CelebShine Beauty Salon three times, and all three times my experience was extremely negative. The third time, I paid 1,000 GEL (over 2,000 GEL in total), but there was no result at all, as the manager himself admitted 🙂, even though he only offered to refund me 160 GEL, which he still hasn't credited. Extremely unprofessional on the manager's part!!!👏 Furthermore, there were other incidents at the salon that also indicate a poor level of service: 1. Pedicure – I got the same procedure (same color) twice. The first time I paid 80 GEL, the second time 50 GEL. When I asked the manager why there was such a price difference, he replied that pedicures used to cost 65 GEL, then they went down in price, and never cost 80 GEL. Although he was surprised by the amount charged, he didn't even try to correct the error or refund the overpayment. Unprofessional behavior again! 2. Diode hair removal – I had an appointment with a specific specialist, but when I arrived, I was seen by another specialist because my specialist was no longer working. No one warned me about this in advance. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager replied, "What difference does it make who does it, it's the same machine," and lied, saying the system had been removed and that's why they couldn't call me, even though I'd booked it through Instagram. 🙂 The above facts clearly demonstrate the salon's management's lack of commitment to customers and serious issues with service quality! I recommend you think carefully before going to this salon for a procedure!

I highly recommend Celebshiny Beauty and its wonderful salon owner, colorist David! For over three years, I've been searching for a hairstylist who could give me the exact blonde I've always dreamed of, and David has truly worked a miracle! My visit to Celebshiny Beauty was a turning point for me. When I saw the results, I couldn't hide my emotions. My hair was the exact color I'd only seen on Pinterest. David isn't just a professional; he's a true artist! His incredible vision, taste, and tireless work set him apart from the rest. He truly has no equal in Batumi! In the future, I will only trust him with my hair. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

I've been to your salon twice and want to leave an honest review. I'll start with the positives: I'd like to especially mention Artur, the stylist from Tbilisi—he's very professional, attentive, and has an excellent approach to clients. I was pleased with his work and plan to continue booking with him. Thank you, Artur, you're a master of your craft! If I ever go to a salon again, it will only be in Tbilisi, to see him. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now for the negatives: My first visit was for a manicure (removal and treatment). Unfortunately, everything went poorly: the removal was painful, the stylist was rushed and sloppy, constantly distracted by other employees. They couldn't turn on music, and the atmosphere was tense. As a result, I had to redo my manicure at another salon. I don't recommend it. The lack of a receptionist was a very unpleasant experience. No one greeted me or explained where to go or who to see. It feels like the client has to figure out where to go, who to pay, and how to proceed. It's unclear why the receptionist arrives later than everyone else. This creates a sense of chaos and disrespect. While I was getting my hair done, the stylists were constantly distracting me—they'd just come up to Artur to chat, discussing unrelated topics while they were working. All of this could have been discussed later. I came for a professional service, not a disorganized atmosphere. And the most disappointing thing is that my appointment was rescheduled twice, with the explanation being that the stylist was supposedly sick. This concerns the stylist David. But I follow him on Instagram and saw with my own eyes that he wasn't sick during those days, but was working, doing complex coloring, and actively posting stories. This was particularly unpleasant—you feel like you've been completely deceived. Also, an extremely unpleasant moment was that they filmed me without my consent. No one warned me, asked for permission, or explained what was happening. The filming took place while I was sitting in a dressing gown, with disheveled, half-dyed hair—right in the middle of it. They were filming me from behind, toward the reception desk, and I noticed it by accident. It was unpleasant, awkward, and completely unethical. This kind of behavior is a direct violation of the client's privacy. I thought I'd finally found a good salon in Batumi... but, alas, it's business as usual. A salon with potential, but a complete lack of service, organization, and respect for the client. I don't want to go back yet.

A very good salon. I went for a coloring session. All color information is entered into the client's database. And the color was always spot on.

Excellent salon, pleasant atmosphere, service, reasonable prices, which is rare in Batumi. Visiting the salon is like a holiday! Master David is beyond praise ❤️

Great salon! I got a stylist and really liked it. I'm currently undergoing treatment with the Endosfera device. I really like the results and the process itself. Tamuna, who performs the treatment, is very nice and, most importantly, has a medical education.
