I urgently needed to find a place for a manicure, but the salon across the street didn't want to take me, even though there were free masters. I walked into the 'salon melange' and they took me right away. Master Eka did an incredibly high-quality manicure, perfectly cleaned the cuticles, and created a very even coating without any spills. At the end of the manicure, she gave a hand massage, which was very pleasant, quick, and of high quality. Thank you so much for such service ❤️

Magnificent salon! A wonderful friendly team, highly professional masters, and extraordinarily punctual administrators! Shorena - a top-notch professional - was able to cut very complicated hair correctly on the first try, and the coloring turned out great too! Lana - the cosmetologist - with her golden hands always makes me look 10 years younger in just one hour, and she also does eyebrows beautifully! I visited the salon today, and it's not my first time here. I'm especially thrilled with Lana; she is a true professional. The facial peeling, facial massage, and mask were amazing. Eyebrow correction was also great. Plus, they offered delicious tea and coffee as a gift. I will definitely take a full course with Lana.

Great barbershop! I tried four barbers in Batumi, and Shorena is the best; I always go to her. She cuts my hair exactly how I want it. She remembers clients and the haircuts they get. Moreover, the service is excellent, which is rare. The reception staff always greet and say goodbye politely, including when booking over the phone. They understand Russian well. It's a pleasure to go there.

I needed a haircut. I went to the Melange Barbershop. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service! I got my haircut from an Arab stylist named Ahmed (I think it's a common name in Arab countries). A wonderful barber. He really put in the effort and did an excellent job, I was just amazed myself. The administrator was nice, responsive, and smiling; almost everyone speaks Russian. I saw them doing manicures and pedicures for men, clean and with care. As for the prices — I can't say they are very cheap, but the prices are worth the service. I sincerely recommend it!!!

I have no complaints about the services, everything is excellent, I would recommend it. But... I was charged twice on Saturday, the terminal froze/broke/lagged, possibly due to human error, it happens, but the salon director decided to cover the place at my expense, I didn't have a receipt because it simply didn't print. The receipt amount was 305 lari (1 lari = 23 rubles) on the terminal, so a total of 610 lari was deducted from my card, with services totaling 425 (part in cash). On Monday, everything will come back to the card. No receipt, nothing. And what if it doesn't come back??? What should they do, return it in cash, no, the banks don't work, there's no way to check. I showed my bank statement. The director found that insufficient, needed to confirm that I really paid twice, I sent the bank statement separately for each charge, but no. I didn't insult anyone, didn't yell, everything was quiet and calm. The girls chipped in from their own pockets, assuring me that what worried me first was that they returned my money, and in case of a refund the next day, I would have to return that amount. And the next day I received accusations over the phone that I upset the administrator from the director. I believe the director is an inadequate lady. With whom one should not deal at all. And her respected company does not throw clients, especially does not inspire trust, I don't know how well-known this company is in Georgia, for me, I heard about them for the first time yesterday, and that was by chance. In conclusion. The staff is super cool, the director is just okay. You understand what I mean, I can't write rudeness here. My review might be deleted. But at least writing it made me feel a bit better after talking to her. By the way, she can't talk on the phone, it's better to hang up to avoid ruining the mood. Monday has come, and still no money.... What trust can I have in the Georgian bank and their office with 16 years of experience? Since such dances have begun, I will report the details of my story in the review.
