I was in quiet horror and now I don't want to go to this hospital to see the surgeon. Then I had to do a test for turbocaine, and the girl who did it explained everything calmly and did it without any problems, so I gave it 3 stars. It all depends on the doctor himself🤷‍♂️

Please pay attention to improving the quality of service, as such incidents not only harm the patient but also negatively affect the clinic's reputation. First of all, train the tactless staff. I will never use your services again; you don't have a hotline set up and no means of communication, but why am I surprised? Even after coming in person, I couldn't understand anything, and how can you communicate anything to a patient over the phone?

A new building with diplomas bought with money, irresponsible. Three years ago, my ex-wife was transferred with high blood pressure; first, they did a transfusion, and then they discharged her with a blood pressure of 170. In the morning, they said it was a hangover because my wife said she had two glasses of beer the night before. In the evening, I called the ambulance again; they transferred her to the medical institute and said that if I had delayed for an hour, you would understand what would have happened. Today, I brought my mother; she has inflammation in both eyes, can't open her eyes, both are red and swollen. We stood in line for two hours, and no one paid attention to us. "Wait for your turn, madam" - that was their only response. This is what your so-called republican institution is like, with irresponsible staff.
