I was hospitalized with a broken ankle, torn ligaments, and a dislocation. The ambulance arrived quickly. At the hospital, they set the dislocation, applied a splint, and sent me home, as I had a flight home the next day. I want to say a huge thank you to all the medical staff for their help, and especially to the traumatologist! I arrived safely in Samara, where I had surgery. A long recovery awaits. Thank you so much to everyone in Batumi for their help! I wish you good luck and prosperity!

I went here for a breast and pelvic ultrasound, and everything went wonderfully ☀️ The staff was very helpful throughout, especially with communicating in Russian. The doctors were attentive, compassionate, and understood Russian. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm ultrasound gel—it was incredibly comfortable, something I've never experienced anywhere before. As for the lines, I only had to wait for a couple of people. The price was also reasonable.

I had an ultrasound and an MRI and was very pleased with the service. I was in the emergency room on the right side for food poisoning – the staff was very polite and attentive. I was very pleased!

I had a colonoscopy with Tamar Khazhaliya here. They did a terrible job; they didn't even look at half my colon... I'll go to Tbilisi to get a colonoscopy at a proper place, because they don't know how to do this procedure properly in Batumi.

Terrible service at the reception desk. No one knows anything. I arrived with my child, who stepped on a nail. We needed a tetanus shot because the child wasn't vaccinated. We were sent from one office to another, and then had to wait for 40 minutes at the reception desk for something. It wasn't clear what, it wasn't clear how much, and it wasn't clear how much the services would cost. In the end, we left, wasting time and energy, and without receiving medical care.

Avoid this place if possible. I tried to get an appointment with the doctor for three days: first, they told me he was on vacation today and would be back tomorrow. When I arrived the next day, it turned out he'd be on vacation for two more days. Before going again, I double-checked the appointment time, arrived at 10:00 (which they confirmed over the phone), and guess what? What did I hear? Right! The doctor will only be there for about an hour, but it's not a guarantee... When I asked them over the phone that they confirmed his office hours were 10:00, they just shrugged. To be continued, as they say.

I was admitted to the emergency room after an accident in shock. The nurses (or doctors, I don't know) yelled at me to stop breathing, to stop moaning in pain, and to stop panicking. How do they imagine a person with shock syndrome and a pulse over 180 calm, breathing evenly, not moaning in pain, when there are extensive injuries throughout the body and excruciating pain? They didn't really pay attention to me or my requests: when I asked for a doctor to come, saying I had some important information to convey, they simply ignored me and didn't call one. :) They misplaced my phone when I showed them a scan of the documents on it, and then couldn't find it, ignoring my requests to find it and bring it back. Because of this, I couldn't contact anyone or let them know what was wrong with me... Otherwise, they administered anesthesia and all the necessary procedures. I understand that professional deformation breeds composure in medical workers, but shouting at someone because they're in shock is nonsense...

Transported by ambulance on April 23, 2023. May 4. I walked out myself. Thanks to Dr. Geno Japaridze and the nurses on duty. 🤝🙂

We hurt our knee, the outcome is really strange, for us it's good that we went here with insurance, but the fact that on a weekend the x-ray and doctor's appointment lasted 4 hours in an empty hospital is certainly not very normal, although our hospitals are generally not far behind. In general, after the x-ray they said it was necessary to do an ultrasound, but it could be done on Monday, since this office is closed on weekends. In fact, after visiting a traumatologist in Moscow, he immediately prescribed an MRI, therefore, we can conclude that it is highly undesirable to go to hospitals in Georgia, maybe of course specifically to this one, but I think in most hospitals they have the same situation, plus a visit to my medical institutions is very expensive. We were lucky that we have insurance, and the insurance company approved the first visit in 24 hours, and then the second one to get an ultrasound, it took us more than two days to approve it.
