We visited the pediatrician Natalia, who is a very unpleasant woman. The appointment was pointless; she hardly checked or examined anything. The atmosphere was cold, as if we owed her something.

Yesterday I went to the emergency department with my sister, who was in severe pain. Despite this, the emergency manager behaved in a very unprofessional and unacceptable way. She kept shouting at us and treated us with clear discrimination because we are Arabs. We clearly stated that we were willing to pay in cash if the insurance process took more time, but she refused to accept us as humans and continued shouting instead of helping. This behavior is completely inappropriate for someone working in emergency care. She is not qualified to deal with patients, doctors, or people in general. I would like to sincerely thank the doctor and the receptionist. They were respectful, calm, and humane. Honestly, the receptionist showed far better management and communication skills than the emergency manager herself.

We came to this emergency of this hospital on the 28th of Jan 2026 with a lady who was in severe pain in her leg, and we believed it might be broken. She was clearly suffering. We had health insurance and were also ready to pay out of pocket if needed. The doctor and the receptionist were extremely kind, professional, and supportive. They showed genuine empathy and were willing to help her get an X-ray. We are very thankful to them, as they handled the situation with respect and humanity. Unfortunately, the situation changed when the emergency manager got involved. She started yelling loudly at her staff in front of everyone and refused to allow the lady to get an X-ray until the insurance responded. What was most shocking and unacceptable was her racist remark, referring to us by saying “they are Arabs” in a way that implied we would not pay or could not be trusted. Her behavior was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely lacking compassion. She raised her voice to the point that everyone in the waiting area was staring at us. This is not how patients or their families should ever be treated in a healthcare setting. Once again, I would like to sincerely thank the doctor and the receptionist, who were clearly embarrassed by her behavior and tried their best to treat us with dignity. As for the manager, I strongly believe the hospital administration should reconsider having someone with this attitude and behavior in a leadership position, as it does not reflect medical ethics or basic human respect.

I had an X-ray of my cervical and thoracic spine done here, and it cost 105 lari. The young radiologist and her assistant were very pleasant to communicate with. The doctor speaks Russian fairly well, and the assistant speaks English 👍.

I was hospitalized with a broken ankle, torn ligaments, and a dislocation. The ambulance arrived quickly. At the hospital, they set the dislocation, applied a splint, and sent me home, as I had a flight home the next day. I want to say a huge thank you to all the medical staff for their help, and especially to the traumatologist! I arrived safely in Samara, where I had surgery. A long recovery awaits. Thank you so much to everyone in Batumi for their help! I wish you good luck and prosperity!

I went here for a breast and pelvic ultrasound, and everything went wonderfully ☀️ The staff was very helpful throughout, especially with communicating in Russian. The doctors were attentive, compassionate, and understood Russian. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm ultrasound gel—it was incredibly comfortable, something I've never experienced anywhere before. As for the lines, I only had to wait for a couple of people. The price was also reasonable.

Thanks for the staff and doctors for providing timely and effective healthcare interventions for my son's health. We came with high fever and cough. The team was amazing and highly qualified. We paid cash since we did not have insurance, but it was very reasonable. Thank you Referral Healthcare System overall. It turns out it consists of about 8 hospitals spread around the country. (Please do not confuse with Georgia state, USA). No pictures available due to the fact that I was very overwhelmed. Emergency services in Kutaisi, Batumi, Tbilisi. I wrote in Russian too, so it might help someone in need if they look for help.

I had an ultrasound and an MRI and was very pleased with the service. I was in the emergency room on the right side for food poisoning – the staff was very polite and attentive. I was very pleased!

not the best experience! as a tourist, I was carried there on an emergency, the doctor in charge of the procedure was so slow and making and receiving phone calls on his mobile :) the job was done and the fee was reasonable.

I had a colonoscopy with Tamar Khazhaliya here. They did a terrible job; they didn't even look at half my colon... I'll go to Tbilisi to get a colonoscopy at a proper place, because they don't know how to do this procedure properly in Batumi.
