I had a small stroke while visiting Batumi and it was my very good fortune to go to the American Medical Center for help. It was a great relief to find that here English is spoken clearly and fluently. But that was just the beginning of my prayers being answered because here I also received the best care possible. After all, what good is communication if no one cares or if they are incapable? What I found is professional competence, attentiveness and kindness from everyone. They provided a full range of treatments including hospital EKGs and an MRI (to which they even escorted me). I am fully satisfied and grateful for the excellent care I found at the American Medical Center. The most important ingredient and at the heart of the Center’s excellence is the staff there who helped me every step of the way to recovery - my deepest appreciation to the wonderful Doctors Leila and Mediko, nurse Mzia and of course Barbare whose intelligence and kindness we're always helpful and who even provided test results and translated copies of my examinations. I feel so lucky I went to the American Medical Center and I highly recommend them!

Appointments within 1-2 days, fast and efficient service, very warm welcome, always someone available to translate if the doctor is not perfectly able to do it. This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them.

Services Offered: They provide many specialties: primary care, family medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, dermatology, ENT, ophthalmology, gastroenterology, neurology, mental health, and telemedicine. 3. Staff & Communication: Doctors are attentive and professional. Staff are polite and helpful. English is spoken. 4. Pricing & Recommendation: Prices can be high, so it’s best to ask in advance. Good choice for expats and tourists who need English-speaking care.

It says they are open 24 hours, but they are not!!! Went there at 10 pm just to see the place dark and the door shut..mssged their watssapp at 10, they answered me at 5 am.

My wife was feeling unwell, so I called the doctor to our hotel room. Dr. Lila arrived and she was perfect, answering all the questions and providing treatment for my wife in the room. The next day she was like new.

I was taken care of with remarkable speed. For the first time, I was even accompanied to the pharmacy, a gesture that helped me a lot. Throughout the process, the team was attentive, professional, and warm. The test results arrived very quickly, which allowed me to feel reassured and receive care without delay. Certainly, the prices may be a bit higher than in a regular hospital, but the peace of mind and quality of care provided are well worth the difference.

80 euros for an ultrasound. Seriously?! The most precious ultrasound of my life.
