Change your ultrasound technician immediately. Nikoloz is rude to patients! You'll lose a lot of clients because of his aggressive advertising and trying to lure patients away from Enmedik. I'm afraid he might intentionally write something incorrectly on the ultrasound!

A good clinic with Russian-speaking staff, good specialists, easy appointments, everything was great until I went for an ultrasound with Nikoloz Sukhitashvili (there may be errors in the name). I went into the office and asked if I could, and he said yes, come in and lie down. He does an ultrasound and starts telling me that his workday ended long ago and that he shouldn't be here at all and should be working at another clinic. I asked if I had gallstones, he said nothing serious, but if you want a proper examination, come to my clinic, I'll give you a number, not here. These are his exact words, to say I was shocked is an understatement, such employees ruin the image of the entire clinic. Why should I pay money to go for examinations only to be told that I don't need to undergo anything here. So I say I've already paid the money and came, and he tells me, "Come to my other clinic there, I'll take a look at you." How is that even possible??? Please take action for your employees, it is unacceptable to behave like this with patients.
