It was on my ear and had been bothering me my whole life: it was constantly getting caught by combs and clothes, and I just didn't like the way it looked. I hesitated for a long time, but with Victoria, I immediately felt calm and confident that everything would be fine 🙌 The procedure went perfectly! Even though the mole was quite large, Victoria did everything so carefully that there's not even a trace left—not a scar, not a spot. It's as if it was never there! I'd also like to mention the clinic itself—everything is clean, cozy, and modern, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. I had an appointment with dermatologist Victoria on March 7th at the clinic with my wife. Before the appointment, we checked whether there would be a dermatoscope examination and were looking for a doctor with training. During the appointment itself, Victoria was distracted, switching from one thing to another, and drifting off. It was like she had complete ADHD. She asked to have the appointment with my wife and me together. She listened to my complaints, performed an examination without a dermatoscope, prescribed pills and other skin treatments, which, spoiler alert, didn't help. When I asked about a growth on my back that was bothering me, she said it was a dermatofibroma and suggested cauterizing it with a plasma pen. Of course, trusting the doctor, I agreed. As it turned out, I shouldn't have. And during the cauterization, Victoria kept joking about how it smelled like roasted boar. I found it funny then. Now, I don't find it funny at all. This area, even when following all the recommendations, took a long time to heal, and after cauterization, it remained as it was. At other dermatologists' appointments, my stories about 1) it being cauterized and 2) not being examined with a dermatoscope raised eyebrows. Two dermatologists were suspicious of this area during the dermatoscopy, and after consultations with oncologists, they recommended excision of the lesion and histology. I was also dissatisfied with the receptionist's work. It seems more like Victoria works purely for the number of additional procedures she performs. Therefore, I strongly advise against seeing a dermatologist here. P.S. I'm changing my rating because after several days of communicating on Instagram, I was offered a personal meeting with the clinic owners and a dermatologist. The owners, Olga and Andrey, are extremely personable and polite. The meeting lasted about an hour, during which we sorted out the situation. Ultimately, we received a refund.

I learned at the checkout that it cost 400 lari per point; I hadn't counted on it; that's absurd. When I complained, Olga started yelling at me and screaming at the whole salon. She was rude. And then one of my eyes went crooked. It's good that Botox only lasts two months, because they inject it with a regular Korean product in minimal doses. But my eyes quickly became the same color. I don't recommend this salon or this doctor. It's 2025, and the service and attitude are like the age of dinosaurs.

In short, it's a joke. I signed up for laser treatment for rosacea. I specified when I booked: if we were doing the procedure, the consultation would be free. I show up. I tell the old lady cosmetologist: I'm treating rosacea. And she starts looking at my hair. She stared at it for about 10 minutes with the lamp, saying, "Tsk, there's just a little bit of dandruff." Several times, I told her point-blank that I had a different issue. You've already guessed that I paid for both the treatment and the consultation (100 GEL). The funny thing is, laser treatment for rosacea is expensive. 2-4-… procedures, each costing about 400 GEL. But I don't really want to go to these guys anymore. They earned 100 GEL, lost 1,000. Be careful with "free" consultations before procedures.

So, firstly, I followed all the recommendations completely; the moles simply weren't removed and remained after the wounds healed. Secondly, I never returned to your clinic, not in two weeks or later, and I never had repeat removal procedures or any other procedures. Thirdly, you should inform me about the consultation fee and any other additional charges when you're asked for the full cost of the service upfront.

This cosmetology clinic is a pleasant place to return to. Clean, sterile, and fresh. The receptionist is friendly. Qualified specialists. I was pleased with the polylactic acid treatment with Dr. Olga. I also enjoyed the hardware massage specialist. I noticed that the academy often gives out gifts. I also took advantage of one of these promotions. I was delighted with the treatment and presentation. 😃 I highly recommend it!
